Who is bitter? I think you should watch your language!

You were the one that won't stop attacking women. Always playing the goddamn victim. Dishing out what you cannot take.

You have always lost it. That is why we are here in the first place, humanity would be doomed if women lost it the way men have

You have never been nothing but failure, even the world at large is suffering because of you.

You can do us a favour by getting it right with thinking. Men don't think anymore. They just support things because that is the way it has always been.

I quoted that from FB. I am sure you would disagree with the man because cooking is a woman's job. It is her responsibility to make sure her family comes first and shouldn't interfere with her responsibilities to the familyundecided. How do you even come up with the things you say sef?
Attacking women! ? cheesy you are so hilarious
Victim? shocked.
My,you know nothing about me,I love women, people who know me knows this for sure . The reason i even made my first comment was to defend a woman's statement when some people were trying to make nonsense of it.Its obvious you ve a mind of child and you try to blackmail when you realize your arguments ain't worth the threshold. So no point responding to you anymore, and on the contrary you are the lost one and I sincerely do wish you find your way, sugar

Same goes for men, lack of self-respect, rational thinking and wisdom are very hard to find in this 21st century.
Well as you can observe she already has a bf, which she respects and cherishes. If she was single I won't mind asking a virtuous lady out.
As for the other part, men has always been the same , if any changes it even better, it's the ladies they are going haywire . Take it or leave it

U mean u can't even wash his cloth or only undies??
Thank you, for the response.Respect.The love she has for her husband, she doesn't need to prove to anyone. But humility she possesses with that statement , and she said it for public consumption. When influential people speak in public it isn't to prove anything to their spouse or inner circle but to pass a message to the people.I just hope some people will learn

Why should idiots expect me to do something because some people chose to. If it weren't a big deal, wash your cloth yourself na. I will even give you my own join tongue

A lot of wives might love washing it, their choice, their business. They are welcome to consider it part of a wifely duties. Their choice gives no right to one moro.n to twist it to mean something else or to think that I am stupi.d for not giving a damn.

If someone expects me to prove anything by washing some pants, he must be delusional grin

Small thing now, WM would be considered a luxury. If Alakija can do it, all women must too tongue

The woman is probably trying to illustrate her own little way of caring for husband
Because people don't share your opinion, doesn't mean you should call others idiot, be civilized in your approach. Don't be juvenile.
So pant washing was used to prove her love. You don't get do you.Let me help you a bit,a lot of wives do but won't come out to tell the whole world they do, but she did despite her been the richest woman from Nigeria, the epiphany of success, the height of women's success in entrepreneurial skills, that no woman in Nigeria has ever achieved, yet washes her husband's underwear. Obviously with this alot of angry ladies who uses her as an example when striving to defend their naive course, would leave her out of the list now . Sorry, another one bites the dust.A major one for that matter wink

Why undies, why not all his clothes?undecided Or al his meals? Does she iron all his clothes too? Don't forget that she has the money to buy lots of washing machines yet, she chose to wash his undies?. Basically, she is telling the world that she shows love by washing his undies. I don't have a problem with it. She also said she kisses him twice a day, does that mean every woman should also do the same?

I will show love the way I want to but it is definitely not by washing my husband's undies.
Like I said, good luck to that

I think we must be responding to different things; my post was not directed at the OP's original post, where Mrs. Alakija was quoted as listing; washing her husband's undies as part of her chores, until six year ago; as you might have erroneously concluded.

Rather, I was responding to a specific post that equates, the washing of undies to submissiveness on the part of the woman...and I argued that, if that activities equates to submissiveness on the part of a lady; it must be equally true to draw the same conclusion, if the man does it; and since the subject of male submissiveness to their wife is a contradiction in our traditional Nigerian setting, it then means such activities by the ladies can not be equal to submissiveness.

Was just trying to prove the poster wrong by contradiction. I will not even response to your insult about IQ; as that will drag this conversation into the gutter. However, if you insist we can both take some IQ tests and compare notes thereafter; there are some reputable online IQ testing centers.
I didn't read the whole. ...just the end, when I noticed IQ.So I would prefer our individual achievement, that's real.
But then , I seriously don't ve your time

How I intend to show love is my business
A man that expects that of me must be delusional
The lost ones are the ones who think it is a woman's duty and the ones who cannot comprehend what she is trying to convey
Alakija wouldn't dare ask her own daughter to watch her husband's undies to appear humble. She is not that stupid.
undecided so why did she tell the whole world she STILL. ..
BusinessRe: I Still Wash My Husband’s Underwears - Folorunsho Alakija by seaga:

A woman washing her husband's undies have nothing to do with submissiveness, unless the contrapositive is also true i.e. A man washing his wife's undies is also submissive...so both are not true.
The undies washing isn't the point exactly, your IQ must be at a level to denote what is written in between the lines

" I still wash his undies until six years ago that he insisted I should stop."

I'm not an English Teacher. But I think that's an Oxymoron. It's contradicting. You "still" wash it and yet you stopped washing it 6 years ago.

But we get the point though.
She passed a message and you said you got the point. So what's the fuss about. Since you want to go literature, there's what we call poetic license. She used still, because she is still willing to and possibly when the opportunity arises, she still.
But am glad, you still got the point though
