Spy360: I told you that our judiciary is dead.
A man commits fraud in his company. He is taken to court but the petition was not submitted with evidence because the evidence were hideen. Then after hearing, the vouchers proving the theft were discovered and brought to court. But the court rejects the evidence because they were not front loaded with the petition.
Our judiciary use technicalities to throw away evidence whereas other countries use technicalities to take in evidence as facts.
It is established fact that Tinubu forged his certificates but the SC threw the facts away with the excuse that they don't take in evidence. But this is the fault of the petitioner for not providing the evidences. |

Sannisege: All I know is that Peter Obi will never be president of Nigeria. Northerners will not vote for a new southerner in 2027 to start another potential 8 years term. So the only southerner that can challenge Tinubu is Goodluck Jonathan Cos they will both be eligible for only one term of four years. Following the ruling of the Federal High Court in Timipre Silva's case.. Even Gej can't contest again because he has taken oath of office twice.. 2010 and 2011.. Except that ruling is appeal and the appellate... court rule otherwise |

mrvitalis: Which of his set is AIG... He ha promoted to AIG e no reach 3 months he was promoted to DIG
Did he even spend 6 months as CP? The constitution says that there must be DIG of police appointed from all the geo-political regions of the country and that section of the constitution has been fulfilled Mba is the most senior Police officer from the SE in terms of years in service as at the time he was promoted to AIG/DIG.... Asking which of his set is a AIG is irrelevant.. Not all CPs will attain the position of AIG before leaving the force. |

mrvitalis: We in South East are used to it
There was a time South East had zero AIG of police.... They had to promote a CP to DIG because South East must have DIG by law
Frank Mba is DIG while his mates are CP lol u know why ? Lmao
Same people that produce most graduates yearly when it comes to government agencies fail to be promoted
South East is also the only region that has not been geographically surveyed..... No body knows the resources in South East
Crude and gas gush out of the ground in Enugu n Ebonyi they are ignored while billions is spent looking for oil in the North
It's in the country that for years Anambra oil was drilled and the 13% given to Delta for years till it was exposed
In an attempt to hold the Igbo nation down Nigeria has also held herself even more down Frank Mba was an AIG before his promotion to DIG. |

BluntCrazeMan: Then,, I think the best thing to do is either to do demonstrations in large numbers in front of their offices nation-wide, not to waste our money again on the IREV-Portal, and to use the BVAS Machine ONLY for Accreditation and nothing else. Or take them to court demanding same.. Or the both of them. I think the NASS should try and pass a bill that will make IREV have the same status as BIVAS in the electoral act. Anything short of this, our elections will be manipulated by those thieves in power. |

FreeStuffsNG: If you read and understand the Judgement of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, you should not expect the Supreme Court to spend more than 3 working days on that case.
Spending more time than 3 days is complete waste of time of the court. The Supreme Court will just give Judgement tomorrow and then release the breakdown of the Judgement in a latter date... Example is Dakuku vs Wike 2015.. |

Deepthoughts: Right from the on set, Atikus prayers were that Tinubu was not qualified to run for the elections,he was not duely declared winner amongst others, it's up to the judges to decide,Atiku is simply pursing all the possible options,I don't see anything clownish in his arguments. Onus of proof lies with the one who alleges. Atiku and Obi can’t prove the allegations. |

Deepthoughts: There are some funny things i noticed in this record of proceedings, how come only the Igbo judges asked all the questions?, does it mean all the other judges had no questions to ask or their minds are already made up?, secondly,if justice okoro said, there were two conflicting letters from CSU on the authenticity of Tinubu's certificate, who submitted the letters?,n doesn't that in itself show that something is definitely not right with Tinubu's certificate and there's the need for the supreme Court to examine the issue very critically? like Atikus lawyer said,is the deposition under path not supposed to be Superior to the conflicting letters?, the way i see the whole of this is that, the supreme Court, wants to pass their judgement n there by shifting the responsibility to the NASS should the FBI files returns a damning results against Tinubu,to claim that their hands were tied but deep down within them they all know there's something very dubious about Tinubu's certificate. So you truly believe that there’s FBI files somewhere? |

Mr Olanipekun jokingly points out the contradictions in Atiku’s prayers, where he prayed the court to disqualify Mr Tinubu as a candidate in the election, and in another breath, called for a rerun to be conducted between him and Mr Tinubu.
This is most important point the case..... A whole SAN is so confused about what he wants..... |

tit: Forgery is a criminal case. But election petition is a civil case. So civil standards rule.
The supreme court has accepted evidence at terminal stages in both criminal and civil (eg land) cases.
Obvious
I don't care how the court rules. I only care about prosperity. I am sitting pretty in Aso Rock now. Without proving at the high court that there was truly a forgery, the SC Justices will not touch those documents tendered by Atiku's lawyers... Same thing the Tribunal did with Obi/LP's buckets of evidences... |

tit: Unfortunately for you, the law uses the thinking of a reasonable man in non criminal cases. Election petition is a non criminal case Anybody bringing up "beyond reasonable doubt standard" is misleading himself. Is forgery a civil case? Can the Supreme Court rule on a forgery case that is just surfacing at the last appeal level? Is the Supreme Court the court of first instance? |

Originalsly: Isn't it Tinubu's lawyer that's supposed to be raising this? This clearly shows bias on the part of the judge. I thought he was supposed to be making judgement based on arguments .... not raising arguments. Thus judge needs to be removed from this case if the Supreme Court is to continue being the bastion of justice The Judge mad the statement after all the lwayers adopt their statements.. |

FreeStuffsNG: It's no brainer.
It will be sheer waste of time for the Supreme Court to spend more than 3 days on the case if you diligently go through the Appeal Court judgement.
The Presidential Election Tribunal proved beyond all reasonable doubt that both defeated candidates are not serious and are wasting the time of the court.
The Supreme Court must fine them heavily this time around.
Just imagine a SAN paid millions by Alhaji Atiku now arguing in court that the Presidential elections has no deadline and State Elections tribunal are the only ones the 180 deadline is meant for because the Presidential Election Tribunal is drawn from the Appeal Court. Soroniyen? How mediocre can a petition be? Check my signature for free stuffs! At the bolded shows the level some people will go to just to make money...
