WAPINATION: Bro please also state the reasons behind the judgments in the scenarios you mentioned.
Are they same reasons? Both Plateau and Zamfara go against a court ruling on how they conducted their congresses. Party delegates who voted during the party primaries are product of the congresses. A once there’s a court ruling cancelling the Congress, anything the party does is null and void except a higher rule otherwise. |

I’m the OP read the whole article. And he saw where I was written that BAZE university was given 50 students per session. But they were admitting way more than that. Al’s allegation of issuing certificate after 3 years for a course that is supposed to be 5 years. I guess all this are nothing bad to the OP. |

Looking at the way Tinubu managed the Crises between Wike and Fubara, Akeredolu and his deputy. I don’t think the president will want any Governor to be impeached during his 1st term at least. |

OmoFiditi: APC corrupt judges working overtime in Plateau. They are bent on setting that state on fire. In 2019 when the same scenario played out in Zamfara and Rivers state, when APC won the Bayelsa governorship election and the court invalidate the victory in Favour of PDP. Judiciary was the best then I think. |

Stone03: Tribalism is when you choose a candidate despite his flaws and deficiencies simply because he is of your tribe. Any Yoruba that supported Tinubu did it on tribal sentiments. Tinubu's inefficiency started manifesting during campaigns, but Yorubas kept applauding just for nothing But any Igbo that supported Obi didn’t do that on tribal sentiments? Obi got more votes in 5 SW states than what Tinubu and Atiku combined got from the whole of SE. |

Politics › Re: Monitoring The Kogi Governorship Election-Results On The INEC’s IREV-Portal. by seanfer(m): 5:00pm On Nov 20, 2023 |
HNICEARTH: I wish just like you guys stated, that alot of polling units be cancelled and a rerun scheduled. Unfortunately that will not happen.
The APC, INEC and judiciary have created a template that works for them. They used and perfected it in the presidential election. They've used it in some of the court cases for the guber polls also.
First, if the SDP candidate approaches the tribunal, he will need INEC'S CTC of form EC8A to prove his case right from the polling units. One thing I can assure you is that INEC will not provide those documents. Same play book in presidential tribunal case. Once he cant present those documents in court, his case is as good as a lost one. In the judgement from the presidential and guber polls, the judiciary killed whatever you get from the IREV by stating that the IREV is just a viewing portal and not meant for collation. So whatever evidence of over voting you extract from the IREV, that over voting evidence is just meant for viewing. You cant present it as an evidence of over voting in collation or collated results. Na judiciary rule like that oh!
They collude! At the bolded.... INEC will provide the CTC of form EC8As and BVAS reports because the excuse INEC gave in March was that the BVAS machines were reconfigure for the Governorship elections.... This time around no such excuse..... |

Naija2023: nonsense. How was Obama 2nd term celebrated compared to his first term?
A win by an incumbent hardly enjoy wild jubilation anywhere in the world.
how wild was the jubilation when Soludo won Anambra election with APGA? How wild was the Jubilation when Makinde of PDP won Oyo 2nd term election ? How wild was the celebration when diri of PDP won 2nd term last week in Bayelsa? When LP win in Abia there was jubilation every where.... But can you say the same about PDP retaining the governor seats in Enugu and Rivers state? In 2020 when APC win Bayelsa state there was jubilation in the whole state, but the moment the Supreme court install the PDP what did you get if not protest and chaos..... So Appeal Court ruling in favour of APC in lagos is not a new thing and those close to the Governor will celebrate it.... |

Mbanda: I hate hypocrites and double standard mofos in my life. The kind of election INEC conducted this year, is it for the interest of workers and Nigerian?
The kind of judgments the judiciary has been passing, concerning the electoral fraud that took place. Are all those judgments for the interest of Nigerians?
Have you ever wondered what these two bodies (INEC and judiciary) that are supposed to be neutral in partisan politics and protect the interest of Nigerians have turned into? No! You won't think of that because you are a blind APC supporter.
Hypocrites everywhere! Common sense will tell you that this thread is about NLC. Are you saying those LP members that won their cases in court also bribed the Judges? If things don’t go you people’s way, then the process is bad. But when it is in your Favour all is well. |

Scoutvibe: That not suppose to be the issue here the tribe is not an issue. The main thing is let the person perform is what we all should be concern with. But a particular region voted 98% for their candidate who is from the region. We can’t say the same about Tinubu and Atiku. Only the SE Voted 98% for a SE man. And the same SE will come out to call other regions tribal bigots. Is that not double standard. |
