Right from the on set, Atikus prayers were that Tinubu was not qualified to run for the elections,he was not duely declared winner amongst others, it's up to the judges to decide,Atiku is simply pursing all the possible options,I don't see anything clownish in his arguments.

Onus of proof lies with the one who alleges. Atiku and Obi can’t prove the allegations.

There are some funny things i noticed in this record of proceedings,how come only the Igbo judges asked all the questions?, does it mean all the other judges had no questions to ask or their minds are already made up?, secondly,if justice okoro said,there were two conflicting letters from CSU on the authenticity of Tinubu's certificate,who submitted the letters?,n doesn't that in itself show that something is definitely not right with Tinubu's certificate and there's the need for the supreme Court to examine the issue very critically? like Atikus lawyer said,is the deposition under path not supposed to be Superior to the conflicting letters?, the way i see the whole of this is that,the supreme Court, wants to pass their judgement n there by shifting the responsibility to the NASS should the FBI files returns a damning results against Tinubu,to claim that their hands were tied but deep down within them they all know there's something very dubious about Tinubu's certificate.

Mr Olanipekun jokingly points out the contradictions in Atiku’s prayers, where he prayed the court to disqualify Mr Tinubu as a candidate in the election, and in another breath, called for a rerun to be conducted between him and Mr Tinubu.

Can the Supreme Court rule on a forgery case that is just surfacing at the last appeal level?
Is the Supreme Court the court of first instance?

Isn't it Tinubu's lawyer that's supposed to be raising this? This clearly shows bias on the part of the judge. I thought he was supposed to be making judgement based on arguments .... not raising arguments. Thus judge needs to be removed from this case if the Supreme Court is to continue being the bastion of justice

It's no brainer.

It will be sheer waste of time for the Supreme Court to spend more than 3 days on the case if you diligently go through the Appeal Court judgement.

The Presidential Election Tribunal proved beyond all reasonable doubt that both defeated candidates are not serious and are wasting the time of the court.

The Supreme Court must fine them heavily this time around.

Just imagine a SAN paid millions by Alhaji Atiku now arguing in court that the Presidential elections has no deadline and State Elections tribunal are the only ones the 180 deadline is meant for because the Presidential Election Tribunal is drawn from the Appeal Court. Soroniyen? How mediocre can a petition be?

Can you please post a link where any court in the country ruled that there is a forgery against the President?

A forgery case can’t just appear at the Supreme Court in an election matter.
This must start from the high court. The Supreme Court is not a court of first instant.

The most important people of the party is the chairman and the presidential candidate or leader. If they're people of integrity, they can lead by example and discipline people who show disdain for the party constitution and values and thats why leadership is everything!

Our job as followers is not to focus on bragging rights but to hold leaders accountable. Thats what I love about the Obidient movement

If those two recuse themselves, you have just 9 left.

So, the composition is not going to look any different from the name we have here.

The Panel will be chaired by the CJN that has been the way since 1999. 2019 was headed the CJN at the time Justice Tanko same thing in 2011.
