There's no where in the CBN act was the word "suspension" used, the only acceptable means by which a president can remove a CBN governor is only after securing 2/3 votes of the senate in support of the removal.

Anything other than that is nothing but illegality, rascality and invitation to anachy.

Suspending him is not against the constitution.
After the investigation if he is not found guilty then he come back to his job.

The constitution gave the president the power to appoint, suspend and fire. The CBN Governor is an appointee of the president and there’s no section of the law that said he can’t be suspended.
