At the bolded I sincerely don't think it will make any difference, Even if PO lawyers gave them the witness statement a day before the court session they will still rehearse the statement with a tech expert to see loopholes and the next day PO counsels conducted the cross-examination the same day with the respondents counsels the same questions will still be asked so there won't be much difference

A. The service level agreement applies to all customers of AWS and I attached the link in my witness statement. I'm here to speak about general agreement between all customers and AWS.

Q. In this agreement, is there a clause about confidentiality of the operation of the application ?

A. I cannot state categorically.

Q. Are you aware that there will always be password protocol defining who can access and modify the application ?

A. I don't work for INEC and know Nothing about their password protocol.

There is NO PRACTICAL WAY PO SAN can issue the witness testimony without the other counsels having MORE THAN 24 hrs to review it and that is enough time to arrange themselves. If PO counsels presents it on the day of court (which they are doing) the respondents council will always ask for 24 hrs to take their cross-examination (which is what they are doing) so the only option is either PO counsels served the witness statement a day before court OR they serve it at the court which the respondents will ask for a day to go ahead with their cross-examination.

There is no way to ambush anyone.
