NO, That was when we where growing up in Lib.There where so many of us in the house back then so the fish head went to someone.

I know I am not the only one that hated it when mother cooked n served me the fish head. The empty Fish head with no flesh only bones. When we where little we all hated the thing including my mom and step dad. The fish head was destined to land in one of the kids food. I used to come home early n exchange the fish head If I had it. There was so many of us so we all had only 1 meat.If the fish head landed on your plate then I am sorry for U ooo.Everyone else will be chewing on the sweet fish n U will be choking on the various bones found in the fish head. How can I forget the Big Rock that is always in the head of the fish. Talk about insult upon injury.

@ Sean washing once a month is not enough especially if you put products like oils and moisturizers in your hair regularly. Wash AT LEAST once a week for healthy hair and scalp. It sounds a bit much but with the right shampoo and conditioner you're hair will be more manageable. I personally only shampoo my hair once a month but I cowash every day because I workout 6 days a week.

I use Creme of Nature shampoo because it has no sodium lauryl sulfate and so does not dry out the hair. And for daily washing use any cheap conditioner you can find. Then moisturize with a water based moisturizer and seal with any oil. Your hair will become softer and more manageable I promise lol.
