If you have a property won't you look after it and ensure it is well maintained, will you becos you have collected Rent allowed your tenant do the compound and structure anyhow .. collecting rent does it mean you have lost your right as owner to look after your building

When lagos govt locked up Ladipo market for Environmental sanitation violation was it a LIE, on several ocassions mile 12 and ile epo market dominated by hausa and yoruba have being shut down upon violation But the moment it affect IGBOs they give it a colouration

Its pointless telling an igboman to drop the victim card mentality, but so after what have they gained from it

My brother don't get me wrong.
When people that trade in any market fail to keep the environment clean,I support whatever appropriate measures the government takes to restore sanit irrespective of the part of the country..
Likewise,if there are structures that are defective or sub-standard that pose a threat to lives, I support their demolition and reconstruction so that business can be done in a conducive environment.

But the one I don't support at all is sealing up of markets or demolition ( let's not even talk of setting them on fire) just because the traders hold contrary political views. Now that is not right and I don't support it.

Insulting the President will not solve the issue. If Peter Obi was elected there will still not be any increment in salary at least we can see how much he paid during his time as governor of Anambra State when compared to other States.
One major factor of any good economy which is foundational knowledge is that you have value for money.and Nigeria lost that literally the last 20 years if you compare us to those nations in Europe we like to compare ourselves with whenever we talk about increase in petrol and electricity.

You lack appreciation for spiritual things.

The Igbos in the past had no king

Should I say that's not possible for people living in a community have no king.. I argue that the highest ranking chief in that village is their king, that they must have a king.

Because I do not understand that the concept does not make it false. The British must have been astonished to meet the Igbos, a peiple who ruled without king.. Governing was a challenge as the Igbos had no king and the British applied indirect rule to govern Nigeria as a colony. The British were compelled to create kings in Igbo land to rule through them.

It is usually the local supporters that talk nonsense they cannot defend. Then add street talk to seem smart and go further to like their comments with their own monikers.

Again, why would I change my USD to invest in Naira when I know that the Naira is unstable? Answer simply. If you don't know just say you don't know. 😄

Lol. You think and behave like a toddler. Why are you telling me all these stories?

What I've shared with you is objective economics - this is how it works from London to Lagos to New York to Tokyo. You can google it you know? And the answer to your question is also staring you in the face.

If the MPR is so high that it outpaces dollar inflation, do investors make a profit or not? Use your brain bro.

All my life I have been fortunate enough to eat what I want to my fill, so when people talk of hunger I really couldn't relate, like how can someone be so hungry he turned to crime just to eat, I honestly couldn't relate, and before now I was earning averagely, so I was just managing life comfortably, until this new govt of tinubu, I started feeling actual hardship, the money i usually use monthly was often enough until recently I can't even get through two weeks with it anymore, and since I didn't cultivate a habit of being frugal and stingy before now I'm now having a hard time keeping up, things run out before I know, and I need more money to survive now, the change is too much, how do I adjust quickly before I go bankrupt, I tried to eat less and deprive myself of basic things I used to enjoy but I'm not even seeing any difference, like it's not making any difference no matter what I do, and I'm punishing myself without seeing results, how do I cut back on living expenses.
The simple solution to your challenge is to come up with a weekly budget then look into getting involved towards having multiple streams income.

Let me break it down for you so your brain will understand. Do you know how many Chinese, Lebanese, Indians and other foreigners that live in Nigeria? They are in their thousands, if not millions. They are not here to do "one Nigeria" with you, they are only here for their daily bread. Do you know how many Nigerians live in Europe, UK, Canada and USA? they are not there for "one Nigeria", they are there for their daily bread. You already have Nigeria, but millions of Nigerians are migrating to other countries. I'm yet to get Biafra, but you want me to go home so you can take me serious? Start by asking the millions of Nigerians abroad to return to Nigeria so wr can take you guys seriously

You people should stop this British colonial prison called "Nigeria,", support referendum so that everyone can go and create their own countries, rather than holding to the one Lord Lugard created for you
piece of long gibberish….so you are comparing your unproductive and barren land to Chinese? You must be sick in the head😂 you said Nigerian re. Forcing themselves on you and I asked why are you still migrating to their region in thousand if truly u want Biafra? But instead of you to answer that, you deflect as usual with watery excuses😂 stay back and fight for Biafra then we can take you seriously, lobatan, long talk😂

So if there was no massive killing of infants by malaria, catalysed by your backward leaders who don't know how to put their houses in order, would there be any reason for intervention in the first place?

So your statement doesn't make sense, use your soul in medicine, did they just come to you to take your glory or what's this nonsense!?

Mumu talk, if there are side effects in drugs you can compesate and is not a thing and not limited to Africa or Nigeria alone , this is not new in healthcare...so don't just lash on to any insignificant thing to promote your foolishness....

Do u know what adverse effects of drugs means?
