You are dropping number again but when you receive calls you tell them to wait and waste their whole time all day. You did that yesterday and even today. I'm not sure you are serious about selling this car. Day11: |
I was @ Shiloh services and Bishop never mentioned any Candidate instead he prayed against any Candidate that wants disintegration and perpetration of boko haram's evil deeds. This to me is not supporting anybody because both GMB and GEJ have been one time or the otjer associated with sponsoring the group, so whoever is guilty will feel the effect. On the other hand, my late Father was an Oluwo of Iledi Ogunbiyi and he was a noble and upright man that cannot even maim talkless of doing evil to a fellow man, his good deeds are far beyond comprehension, am still expecting any Pastor to challenge it. NB. Am not a member and l can't be but that's my viiew, most of these Pastors cannot come close to him in terms of reaching out to the needies and helping the deprived society |

Blame climate change. Or pestilence. Or China's Westernizing taste in candy. Blame, perhaps, Ebola. Regardless, the world is running out of chocolate. In 2013, the world consumed about 70,000 metric tons more cocoa than it produced. And now, Mars, Inc. and Barry Callebaut—two of the world's biggest manufacturers of chocolate goods—are warning that by 2020, that consumption-over-production number could increase to 1 million metric tons (a fourteen-fold bump). "Chocolate deficits, whereby farmers produce less cocoa than the world eats, are becoming the norm," The Washington Post reported. We are in the midst of what may be "the longest streak of consecutive chocolate deficits in more than 50 years" and analysts say it's only going to get worse. http://m.theatlantic.com/health/archive/2014/11/Chocolate-shortage-2020-mars-barry-callebaut/382855/ Guys, don't forget opportunity abound in cocoa farming, no glut envisaged instead demand is more than production.Where are the farmers? |
Hahahaha! This is what Amaechi has been nursing all this while, let's see how far he can go. |
Happy birthday |
Thanks Bro, your post is the only one that gladdens my heart cuz it gives me an insight into how o ne can convert this to opportunities. l see a trend in the new companies springing up, they are mostly agro based and these companies will need lots of different agric produce to operate. Thanks a lot, with enough DD, info here can be turned into a lifetime opportunity. Thanks once again Bro. lookooman: |
It is really funny how we politicise everythng in this country and really worrisome how hatred flows easilly on nairaland. We're not even bother to recognise the investors who are the real drivers of this accomplishment. For me as an individual, l am more interested in how l can position myself well to benefit from this new development and l expect ppl to look for opportunities in new development and spend less energy arguing, fighting and cursing each other. In case you don't knw, Nigerian politicians are all the same, APC, PDP etc are just mere names, these individuals have one thing in common 'personal interest' and that's why they jump across parties anyhow. Do not be surprised that what get to the pockets of the so called acclaimed performers among them from those few things they've done is enough fortune to last a lifetime. |
I agree with you on maximising profit but not ripping people off. The case @ hand is more of rip off, imagine the margin, haba. 10% diff. can be maximising profit but above dat is pure rip off. Actions like this will further discourage ppl from farming and this forum is to further stimulate youth to go into farming. A fellow Nairalander also complained about word1, infact he wanted him to manage his plantain farm but got discouraged when he learnt from me that someone on Nairaland sold jatropha to me @ N40 whereas word1 told him N100.ln case u don't know N60 mean a lot to a young farmer and can make him loose interest in farming. He needs to relax a bit, he doesn't have to be too greedy in biz. Even as a master of the trade, if you are not affordable its a disadvantage to u cuz it means less work and opportunities and when you charge reasonably there will be inflow of work as ppl spread gospel of your good performance. Do you still need the seedlings? I can refer you to the guys that l bought from. hotmas911: |
And not only that we should try to respect each other, afterall, its his money.Even all his stock pick always goes with a disclaimer, so we should stop this direct attack on him. People are even loosing more on other stock than O2. Born2berich: |
