Exactly, you write brazil off at your peril (In fact I don't think any team in this world cup will be naive enough to write them off) |
Cruel thoughts should deserve death also, abi! I hope you're joking, and just trying to draw attention to the enormity of the problem. |
Most teams have more than twenty players in their 1st team. Just check any clubs website. Now, 1st 11 is another matter altogether. |
My friend are you telling me it isn't possible to be hardworking and foolish. I still think this decision is foolish. You need more than a dictionary. Besides I mean the guy well, thats why I pray he gets loaned out. He doesnt' have a prayer in that Chelsea midfield as it stands now. Simple. |
Match day 1 everyone. Too early to draw conclusions. |
I hope the "foolish boy" gets loaned out. At least that way he'll start to play regularly. Maybe in 3 yrs he'll be ready for Mourinho's 1st team. |
Has to Brazil based simply on the overwhelmingly extravagant skills available, but anything can happen. My top 4 are Brazil, Italy, Czech, Spain. No Ghana can't survive. I don't think, not if they can't shoot straight. |
@ Priscila , I go laff die O! Which 1 come be gallant effort. There's no medal for gallnt effort O. African strikers just need to learn to shoot straight, thats all. |
Go for it! After all it's your life not theirs. |
U welcome! |
They are not mergers, but partnerships actually to manage nigerias reserves. They are; First Bank & HSBC IBTC & Credit Suisse Zenith & JP Morgan Chase http://allafrica.com/stories/200605260169.html |
@Seun, you are hastily jumping to conclusions. Our universities don't need funding? Can you tell me what percentage of universities in the world that do not recieve massive grants from govt. Accepted, privatising/liberalising universities will curb the wastage, but does't mean they still not need govt funding. Besides, I read that article and nothing in it suggests that he does not support the so-called "privatisation". As a matter of fact his willingless to concieve a project that is mostly financed by the private sector is proof that your negative feelings might be misplaced. With respect to Tinapa, his view has always been; govt will provide the legislative framework, the basic infrastructure and generally, an enabling environment to enable private enterprise function in Tinapa. What is so socialist about that. I don't get you. Lets drop sentiments please. The future of Nigeria should not be determined on who you personally like or dislike. It's a question of who has/is demonstrating ability to govern properly, who has demonstarted vision, leadership, etc and so far, he has. Of course there are other issues such as ability to be a uniting force(hold the country together). In fact sef, this debate is a bit tangetial to the issue, if he has not indicated interest. |
Hey, @ Rakiss, when were you at ABU staff school? |
@Seun, and what may I ask is the consequence of educating the ignorant/illiterate masses? Are the universities not in need of funding? |
You must mean Olupaayan |
I'll disown them. |
Cover his face with a pillow, and hold it down till he stops struggling. He'll never snore again. Works everytime. |
@omoge, if you jump into the sea, you might get it, at the bed. |
@seun, I don't know how you managed to reach the conclusion that the man is a socialist. The point he was simply making is that if the everyday man cannot get food to eat (and believe me, there are millions and millions of nigerians who can't simply "go to Mr Biggs" , then whatver kind of rulership we have is worthless. In short every policy should be to "deliver" - as in deliver dividends of democray, not give for free - the daily mans means. |
Simply because it's difficult to be positive about the negative. In fact +ve and -ve neutralize each other, and what you have is apathy, which I believe is most people's feeling for Nigeria. But more seriosly, "feeling" either +ve or -ve will do nothing to improve the way things are. Whats required is +ve action. |
I'll be damned if it ain't me. I swear. ![]() |
Not strings, cords, I tell you. |
While it may be true that people do change, I think a pre-nup will simply pre-dispose a couple to grow apart. Very few everyday people sign them. You'll find that those most likely to are celebrities, whose lifestlyes and media exposure expose them to faster breakups and "grabbers". |
Classroom training can only jumpstart you. It's up to the student to fill in the blanks with extra work and study. If one is good at learning alone, I'd recommend buying the books and doing self study. Very satisfying, though challenging route. Whichever way you go, make sure to hang around other people you can learn from. |
I totally agree with the "puppy" that just posted. Most marriages fail these days because people know somewhere at the |
