I thot you would take a vacation during the new year so that you could recharge your batteries and attack with vigor. Your protege, metal-gong, is not as good as you are in stirring trouble though so it makes sense you should emerge from your brief hiatus
Politics › Re: Another High Profile Kidnapping In Kaduna State by SEFAGO(m): 12:20am On Jan 02, 2010
I guess the media wont sensationalize this story because it didnt emanate from Anambra state. . . . .
Anyway, it now shows that Northern Nigeria breeds more Kidnappers, terrorists, ritualists, Fraudsters and corupt Nigerian rulers than any other region. . . . Yes, I said it
go and find a job in the media so that you can "sensationalize" it

I agree with you but haven't u noticed that the number of Igbo bashing threads and posts have reduced drastically since Mekus was unleashed on NL? Grin Grin

Onye ndi iro gbara gburu gburu n'eche ndu ya nche mgbe n'ile!
The igbo bashing thread have reduced because the igbo bashers left. When they come back mekusxxx will sabi levels.

Anyways let me interpret this data:

Because the yorubas are running nigerian banks and the hausa are herding cattle, hence the large number of igbo in soccer.  grin

Politics › Re: The Dignity Of Nigerians Over Africans by SEFAGO(m): 5:07pm On Jan 01, 2010
Hmm, anyways the US and the Conservatives have brought up the ugly topic of racial profiling due to this incident. No we are not seen as honorable- the media has already beamed it in the mind of every American that we are terrorist. The man is no more named Umar Mutallab but the "Nigerian"- how honorable can you get
Politics › Re: Nigeria Airports To Buy 3-d Full Body Scanners by SEFAGO(m): 5:03pm On Jan 01, 2010
Yeah, it seems these scanners are highly radioactive radiative. Cancer incorporated. Man, i dont plan to travel very often then.
LOL, I used the wrong word-radioactive (see how misinformation starts grin) I meant radiative. Yes radiation is everywhere but avoiding it is usually a good idea as No2Atheism said. As long as it gives out "millimeters" of electromagnetic radiation it could be a problem. What can we do, just take it as it is- everyone is going to die one day anyways- even laptops giveout radiation
Politics › Re: The Politics Of Super Eagles Composition: Quota System Does Not Apply? by SEFAGO(m): 4:50am On Jan 01, 2010
i also think igbos are probably 40% of the nigerian population or close, but their are undercounted in the census and hausa over counted for oil sake.
the fact that everyone you bump into in nigerian cities is igbo, outside nigeria is igbo and so forth paints an clearer picture. there's also a larger pop density and concentration of cities in the east then anywhere else so maybe the soccer team is a more accurate picture of nigeria's population
Maybe its because you are , igbo grin I think someone who lives in Kano thinks hausas are 50% of Nigeria's population.

^ lol, I have to say, I read your stuff 8 times to make sure i was not the one missing it but nothing about resource control

I think this brings to focus something we need on NL-

I think Seun can expand to create a place where people can post their own articles or investments tips and such.

But good idea- I will wait and see wetin happen when it floats

I was planning to create a rough guide for Nigerians who seek further education (Undergraduate and graduate) in the US and Canada this this Christmas and post it online but I have been sidetracked- maybe I should start on it and PDF publish it by January.
Politics › Re: Video;Nigeria's Overblown Importance by SEFAGO(m): 12:36am On Jan 01, 2010
Yeah I always thought about the 1 out of 5 nigerians as a justification of our importance

But from experience, I have always doubted the economic feasibility of Nigeria. Our neighbors- Niger, Cameroon and Benin are one of the poorest in the world. The only think keeping us up is oil, but ghana seems like someone we could emulate.
