One glaring difference between China and Nigeria is that corrupt people are punished even by hanging. This is not the case in Nigeria. So I dare say that MORAL corruption (for e.g., not meting out the appropriate punishments to culprits) contributes to our worsening financial corruption. It is possible you have a low IQ.
