Hiphop is not all about complex punchlines,wordplay and multies that fly over the head of the average listener. He kept it street (not elitist) and at the same time real incorporating all the elements of hiphop into the various tracks.

The track pon pon pon is FIRE. DaGrin jo o. I'm a soldier boy u call me Akogun. In short, that track is the new S.I unit by which other rap tracks in 9ja will be measured. Infact, I dey change my NL signature to öne of the lines from pon pon pon.
That pon pon pon track is equivalent to Chinua Achebe's Things Fall Apart. Just Like Achebe packed all the Igbo proverbs and wisdom into that book, na so Dagrin take pack wordplay, punchlines & metaphors in yoruba into that track.
IMO, they're both CLASSICS.
