However advice sometimes is susceptible to wisdom, critical thinking and knowledge of a subject matter.

How many people do 100km daily to work and back home?

This means this can work even when you have poor electricity.

I believe the government should actually concession major highways and let the companies raise tolls to generate their funds back. As to Lekki Tollgate, it is a "crime scene", LCC commit any crime so why punish them in perpetuity? Remember that there are also Nigerians who are employed at the tollgate

Toll gates are usually inter-state not intra-state.
This is pure extortion on the citizens resident in those locations
