As in I am surprised that it's even a topic. There are so many of this kind of cars in lagos state. The one for KAI, looks similar. It's so shameful. Something that every state is meant to have. Stop displaying your abysmal ignorance. Think deep and you will understand you are just a victim of an inefficient system. Don't blame mtn for that. Shikena. If ncc rejects your registration 100 times, mtn will call u back 100 times. Getting angry won't prevent that.

All other things said is just a display of your own insecurities, no one is lording over u.
All other things u said are irrelevant. But this particular statement " don't blame mtn for that" shows you are the ignorant and an arrogant brute. Who do we blame? so u mean that when they came to nigeria, they didn't no that registering a sim was very important. If they had done the right thing at the right time they won't encounter all what they are going through. For you to say mtn is innocent in this is just foolish and unreasonable of you. Is that how they started in South Africa? Keep blaming government till u people loose all your customers. I won't even give you the honour of replying you anymore. In your warped mind, we should blame the government and exonerate mtn from the blame. If it is true the government is fighting mtn, the government must have seen a loop hole to fight them wiv. If they had done the right thing from the beginning. They would have no blame!
RomanceRe: Why Do Nigerian Girls Fear Yoruba Boys soo Much! See Here! by Setaje(f): 7:55am On Jan 07, 2016
But they are not wrong. Yoruba boys are very promiscuous. They behave like white men. When they love you, they love you, when the feeling is gone, it's gone forever.......

I think many of them are emotionally unstable. I also think the culture allows for promiscuity. For instance, in the yoruba culture, there is no bastard. If u are a side Chik, and u get pregnant and the guy is denying it, just go to his parents house and they will accept the child. The next thing, u will see your inlaws unexpectedly at home. As a woman, once u see your yoruba inlaws come unexpectedly just no your husband has done away match. There is absolutely nothing you can do. They will first praise you and beg you to accept. The moment you show your discomfort, they will change it for you. If you no what I mean.

I see it happen all to often. This is what scares me about yoruba men. They also seem to love and provide for their side chiks than their wives and children at home. Igbo men don't do that. They love and cherish their wives and children more than anything. The only thing that can make an igbo man change is if he doesn't have male children. Yorubas seem a bit generous in that aspect.

I no people will insult me but this is the bitter truth. I also know people would say don't generalise. But it is not a joke when everybody keeps saying the same thing about yoruba men. Change your ways tongue

Now tell me the part that he was wrong? Don't Nigerians wait for last minute rush before they get things done? Do you think as mtn stingy reach they will give you 10k credit just like that? That was the best way to lure out the stubborn, pig headed Nigerians out to persuade them to register their lines...BVN registration, Nigerians were fo0lish not to come out until banks had to block peoples account....Voters registration, we all know the story....Nigerians love last minute rush hence he is right to put the blame on Nigerians too....I blame MTN for being useless and not capturing customers details first time. I blame most Nigerians because many are just dumb and won't come to do the right thing even if the registration is done in their bedrooms, and I also blame the ncc for it is now obvious that they are trying to squeeze out money from a company for their selfish needs....Once mtn pays the fine, you won't share in the N1.04tn
He might not be wrong for blaming nigerians as per our last minute rush. Do u no there was a first time we were all asked to register. Which I did early 2014. A lot of people actually did theirs then. What happened to their data? Why are such people being called to register again? Infact my dad registered 2014 too. Same as my mum. In the same place. He wasn't affected. But my mum was affected. Do u no that when she went to re-register December last year, she was told someone else registered their name on her Sim. Do I blame NCC for that? We cannot exonerate mtn from all this and that is my anger wiv this so called mtn insiders. mtn, fg, NCC are very incompetent. They cannot do this in a civilised country . This was the first thing they should have done when they entered Nigeria. How does anyone buy a sim wivout registering it first. Is this how they did theirs in South Africa. Why come to nigeria and do rubbish. They didn't care for the citizens because the government too did not care. All they wanted was profit. Am sorry for the name calling. Am just really upset.

Text messages were sent to subscribers who do not have complete information in MTN's data base to come register their sims as required by NCC. You know Nigerians, the way they behave, many people ignored the messages. That is the way they also sit at home during elections without going out to vote. Now, MTN sent you a message of free credit, you rushed to their office to go and collect it. You think they are fools? you have to register your line first before you can access the free bonus. long throat go kill una.

Unfortunately, majority of the people you are trying to educate already have bias mind towards MTN. You knowand uderstand exactly what is going on but the average Nigerian thinks MTN is the enemy. Why will a regulator be all out to kill the market leader? That is the underlying question Nigerians should be asking.

They are angry they have registered thrice sometimes five times, however it is actually NCC that keeps rejecting these registrations by refusing to validate them on time. How is that MTNs fault? I am an insider too. Have a nice day.

Don't we have a right to be angryhuh??

This is what the second guy wrote. So tell me who is daft between both of us. I have read your earlier post. I wouldn't have replied you. You think porting will change everything. Don't worry. Stop displaying ur stupiidity online...He stated clearly that NCC is trying all means to frustrate MTN efforts since ncc is the body that will approve whether the registration is valid or not...meaning, no matter how many time mtn registers a line, ncc can decide to say that it isn't registered properly and will force mtn to call the customers back....Learn to read the write up before dropping trash....Time for me to dust my other sim cards.

So what if they make money, is service not been rendered...black mans mentality of sense of entitlement. MTN is making money, if it is that easy why did your government not do it? Why did Nitel go down?

The situation MTN and her customers find themselves is unfortunate, however, they are just trying to assist a government that has not done the fundamental thing to do her duties. Which develop country do network operators register sims? All you need is a valid ID in developed countries If there is a central data base. will all these wahala be necessary if Nigeria have such?

Registration that info collected is not been referenced or readily verifiable already has a fundamental flaw even if bio-metrics were collected.
Oga no be you I dey follow yarn. Since u put your mouth for the matter. Stop acting as if u are wiser or better than average nigerians. Am sure none of u or your family members had to queue to register hence u can open your smelly mouths to talk about how we the citizens feel entitled and have no right to get angry wiv mtn. Whether it's the fgs fault or ncc fault or mtn fault . Why should anybody be asked to register up to 6 times. Do u no the hell we got through before registering. I can't even believe u people. It is good to enlighten people on what they don't understand. The problem is from NCC. When customers are registered and data forwarded to NCC for them to save in their data base, they ignore it , ostensibly because they are out to sabotage MTN. After a while when these datas are not saved by NCC, they return to MTN as incomplete registration. This means that MTN will have to painfully invite the customers again for another round of registration. People don't understand what is happening here.It is not the wish of the company to see customers suffer. NCC is not happy that MTN has instituted a court case against them because of the outrageous fine imposed on MTN.They are doing everything possible to undermine the company, thereby making them lose customers. Can you be truthful for once? Ask me why on earth should NCC impose a fine of 250,000 for a sim that hitherto did not have a complete registration. Is it fair? why use a hammer to kill a musquito?

In October 2014, NCC wrote to MTN telling them to within 7 days disconnect 5.1 million lines that have incomplete data in their system. After due consideration of the situation, MTN met with NCC to discuss the issue with them.Technically, MTN cannot disconnect 5.1 million lines in 7 days. Secondly, Disconnecting these huge number of customers from the network will cause untold hardship to them, reason being that a whole lot of them use the lines for their businesses. Many use it to look for their daily bread. Moreso, MTN will lose huge amount of money by doing that.

MTN pleaded with NCC to allow them do the disconnection batch by batch so that registering them again will not overwhelm the company. NCC refused bluntly. In the course of the negotiation, 7 days elapsed. The next thing MTN saw was a letter asking them to pay a fine of 1.04 trillion. Now, that fine is about 25% of the total value of MTN. MTN saw that fine as absolutely outrageous , uncalled for and a witch hunt. Since MTN does not have such huge amount of money to pay the fine, they went to court to seek redress. Now, all parties will have to maintain the status quo untill the matter is determined by the court. Those who do not have information about what is happening should know now. I'M an insider, so i know what's happening.
Abeg stop yarning dust. There is no justification. They make so much money from us so what are u on about. Who gives a damn if u are an insider. It's as if u people like benin treatment ba. If you want the Company's licence withdrawn, remember that about 20,000 Nigerians are in the payroll of the Company. Not to talk of the numerous contractors, sub -contractors and others providing ancillary services. The government is unable to provide jobs for her citizens. Now, MTN came into the country to make live easier for Nigerians through job creation, MTN foundation -where many students have been given scholarships, sick people getting free medical treament, medical bills on surgical operations offset by MTN, renovation of neglected and dilapidated secondary schools, buying of books and equipping school libraries, buying of walking & hearing aids and wheel chairs to the physically challenged and empowering people through who wants to be a millionaire.

From all indications, MTN still remains one company in Nigeria with a human face. In as much as the company is striving to overcome its present challenges, they need to be encouraged by every well meaning Nigerian. Think about it.
Are u alright. WTF are u talking about. I have registered twice and they sent me my registration is complete. Under hot sun that I went, queued and fought my way through. BusinessRe: Is Easy Taxi Shutting Down in Abuja, Nigeria by Setaje(f): 9:40am On Jan 01, 2016
I saw an advert for customer care on nairaland with this same company. The second round stage was just cumbersome. We were told to download easy taxi app and then book for a taxi using their app. Take a ride wiv a free 1000 naira voucher. Come back home and write a report on your experience. My phone does not even support the app. They don't pay up to 100k and after doing this what is the guarantee of being picked. I checked their fb page, noticed they didn't even have upto 1k followers and I asked questions from few friends . I didn't get good replies at all. The few people I would say unfortunate people who used their taxi said they are ridiculously expensive. I thought perhaps its because the taxis have a.c and they are new. But I was told that they don't pay the drivers. The drivers take half and remit the remaining to the company or something like that. So they can never go below 5k. A friend took their cab from Ikeja to yaba for 5k. Anyway I declined their second stage assessment by sending a mail and gave reasons and even told them how they should improve but whoever is their media pr or whatever replied in a harsh manner. I am just laughing after reading this. The story is bias but there is an element of truth. Seeing this justifies my earlier refusal to commit and also explains a lot why cardoso left the company.

This is not to run the company down before someone accuses me wrongly
