Next time collect 5,000 naira. The problem is not the value of the naira; the problem is that you do not have enough of it. Either you get more naira, or you encourage businessmen to improve their productivity so that the goods you require will become less expensive and your 500 naira will be able to buy more.
RomanceRe: Should Lovers Keep Secrets From Their Past From Each Other by Seun(mod): 4:44am On Feb 02, 2006
Too much honesty in a typical premarital relationship is a double edged sword. It is nice for your relationship, but what happens when you break up and your partner is bitter agaisnt you? Won't he or she use that information to try to get back at you?
Music/RadioRe: Hip-Hop Beefs: Real Stuff Or Commercial Gimmick? by Seun(mod): 4:42am On Feb 02, 2006
An article from the web on this topic:
The hip-hop world is at war. Vicious rhymes are flying between 50 Cent and Ja Rule, both products of the mean streets of southeast Queens. Bullets are flying, too—50 was famously shot nine times—though no one can prove who’s shooting. All this violence has helped to sell records. But when is the price too high?

The last five years have been the battle era of hip-hop. Of course beef has always beef has historically been a watermark of our music, but the last half decade has seen it go to new heights (or lows, depending on your frame of reference).

RomanceRe: Heart Break: Who Hurts More Man Or Girl? by Seun(mod): 9:39am On Feb 01, 2006
Why should you love someone that doesn't love you back? Unrequited love is like a dream that one must wake up from in order to face reality. When you are with someone that doesn't appreciate you, you are treated like a servant-girl (or boy) when you should be treated as a queen (or king)!

This common tendency to love someone in an irrational, one-sided way springs from the emotions and is understandable, but it should be treated like a disease and wiped out before it brings one to ruin!
BusinessRe: Sending Money Around The Nation by Seun(mod): 9:13am On Feb 01, 2006
For money transfer within the country:
1) Use Moneygram or any of the other local money transfer services.
2) Use a bank like STB that allows speedy transfer of money within their branch network.

The executive arm of the current administration, which is led by President Obasanjo, regularly disobeys court orders. PDP, the president's party, seems to control the national assembly. This is called funny democracy. There are indeed no checks and balances.

SportsSuper Eagles Of Nigeria Vs. Senegal: 2 - 1! by Seun(mod): 8:31pm On Jan 31, 2006
Nigeria's Obafemi Martins scored two goals in the 79th and 88th minute to secure a 2-1 victory over Senegal and the top spot in group D. Senegal missed numerous chances and should have won, but still went through on goal difference despite only picking up three points in three games.

If u could take it a step further by gettin 2 million page views on your site monthly. U'll make a minimum of 2000$ monthly with google via cpm ads.
Yes, and while you're at it, why don't you build your own search engine like Google so you can make 100 million dollars a year? Or write an operating system and desktop suite like Microsoft! Yay, it's so easy!

FamilyRe: When Your Parents Have A Bad Marriage by Seun(mod): 2:29am On Jan 31, 2006
Nike, I think it is ridiculous for a young child to have to be the one playing the role of marriage counselor. That is like trying to kill an elephant with a biro. And it is very, very wrong of you to blame your friends for their parent's divorce. Very, very wrong.

A child that is trying to get her parents to get along will live a miserable life and die of guilt when they eventually separate. Which they will, whether you like it or not. If your parents are not mature, report them to trained experts that can teach them marital common-sense. That is all that can be done.

It must be a terrible experience to live in a home where there is no peace - personally I can't survive for 1 week in such an environment. Sorry! Just make sure that you choose wisely when it's your turn to get married. Don't base your choice on sentiments.
