Christianity EtcRe: Dominion Air: Bishop David Oyedepo Launches New Airline by Seun(mod):
dare2think: Not much difference btw Oyedepo and the average entreprenuer, only that Oyedepo deceives people
If that's the difference, it's a very serious difference. It's the difference between Linda Ikeji and a Yahoo girl.

There are no aliens as far as we know. Even if they exist, they are probably too far away to be reached in millenia.

It seems to me that Development and Science are completely different things.
However, people have asked for a science section a couple of times.

Nairaland GeneralRe: "Nairaland 2.0" Is Live! Any Questions Or Feedback? by Seun(mod): 1:59pm On Mar 28, 2012
MRbrownJAY: @Seun and his team
on the OLD NL, when replying to a thread, if someone else had replied to that thread while you were typing, you would get a reminder before you could post.......but now on NL2, it doesnt say anything and you end up replying to the wrong person sometimes (especially when using ^^)........ so then you try to modify your post, BUT then you dont get the "quote button" available.

or is it just me again? lol
Interesting. Did not think about that.

Ikenna351: Am sorry to be blunt here. I dont see this as an improvement or upgrade, rather, a downgrade. To start with, the moderators here discourage discussion here, probably because they are mostly dealers too. I have never seen a forum where discussions and sales are missed up. Here, only one subject is dedicated to discussion, rather than the other way round. Ever wondered why auto experts dont frequent here anymore. Besides, no notification, difficult to see and read, etc. Well, you can do whatever you want with it. After all, its your site anyway.

Ikenna.
You have every right to be blunt. Afterall, it's your keyboard. But you also need to be informative and tell me what I can do to improve your experience. For example, you're saying the site is difficult to see and read, but I'm seeing and reading it just fine on my laptop, so I really don't know what to do with that criticism. It's as if you just wasted your time by typing it. Which mobile phone do you use? The site looks different on every mobile phone and browser. Can you tell me which phone and browser you use? I've also noticed that people who complain about font-size tend to be those who read with glasses. Do you read with glasses? The criticism about mods not encouraging discussion is unfair because we still have the same moderators. But I'm glad you've shared your feelings.

blank: When i try to view from my mobile and zoom in, the ending words get cut off. I have to zoom out and read very tiny print if i want to read the story at all. For a long post, its just not worth the effort.
Which mobile phone do you use?

Our search is probably less smart and more precise and up-to-date. We'll include a Google search box later.

namdo: why should an adult run away from a masquerade. It is a human being behind the masquerade so i find it difficult understanding why the victim ran into the vehicle to get killed. huh
He/she did not want to be molested or beaten by the masquerade.

It's very difficult to contribute without knowing the kind of application you're writing.
All the solutions discussed could work but the right one to use depends on the actual problem.

Christianity EtcRe: Having A Conversation With an Atheist About God by Seun(mod):
So you are saying some things can exist without being created by a designer, as long as we define them as such? Why not the universe, then? Could the universe not just simply have existed forever, just like you think God existed? When if we define the universe as a thing which has always existed and always will? If we do that, then we don't need the concept of God to explain things!

The ebook of course. How? You upload it of course. Sorry if I'm snappy, this is obvious stuff. We dont need to expose 1000 innocent people's email addresses to spammers over an e-book when we can just upload it somewhere so they can download it by themselves.

PStylish: @Seun Please what is wrong with using PHP?
PHP is alright, but it might be more fun to try Python, Ruby, Scala, Clojure, Groovy, C#, Go, etc!
