Fhemmmy: That is what is missing these days, i remember when and how we used to get some nice punishment and that helped us to be who we are today, not all kids will "go to your room, go to the corner" will work for.

And today you are ... a man who believes in beating kids. :-)

akinola1384: Hi, can android do the same work of laptop pls

No

I can't find a good place to put the thing.
Where would you like it to be? On threads only?
Have you tried the END key?

If all the people patronizing night buses stop patronizing them, do you think robbers will give up and go into legitimate business? Of course not. They will just start attacking day buses more frequently than before to make up the difference. Day bus passengers should be thankful to night bus passengers for risking their lives on their behalf. When you avoid crime, it doesn't disappear. It goes to attack someone else. The only way to kill crime is to confront it and overcome it. Risk takers actually make everyone else safer.

I think he's referring to Google SiteSearch since Google doesn't sort in ascending order.

Nigeria's ZIP code isn't 234.

Ok, now I'm confused. I suppose I should have posted a poll.

denzel2009: Please, how can I stop receiving these messages?

What? Why? Why? Why?

You should never steal your customers' time in the name of big big grammar. If you must, then be apologetic.

Did you manage to get it?

@Emeka 7: I'm so sorry but it appears as if I can't help you further. I'm so sorry about this.

@akinola1384: Laptops are best for work. iPads are a great toy. Android phones will be great toys in the future.

There's no such thing as an "international safety regulation". GtBank conducted the drill or their own reasons, drenching clients.

Email notifications are now working. The system is designed to avoid spamming your inbox as old NL used to.

We supply new sections based on demand. Imagine if we didn't have a politics section. People would post politics topics all over the place and we would have to create the section because the need would be very obvious. That's really how we create new sections. Science isn't very popular in Nigeria. We don't believe in it.

The old search engine is still available at the bottom of every page, for those who prefer it.

Linode is a top developer-friendly entry-level host.

blink182: That building is either built wrongly or the carelessness of the man caused his death, if the lift opened between floors, he shouldn't even be able to exit

How could the carelessness of the man have caused his death if the building was not built wrongly?? We need pictures.

blink182: Yeah received it, it's not love at first sight but let me try adjusting and see how it goes. Thanks

Hmm. What are your issues with the current approach? The fact that it links to /followed, perhaps?

naptu2: E-mail notifications would work wonders.

E-mail notifications re-implemented! The new approach avoids clogging your inbox with e-mails.

blink182: Seun please do something about email notifications or is there a way round to get notifications.

abbyode: I used Alpha five IDE with mysql as the back-end.

Wow, that's a very unexpected platform. But kudos to you for doing something that mostly works.

Traffic up, engagement down. There are one or two old features which, if re-implemented, will really help.

That's actually just DNS information, but information about our host is easy to find, too.

@abbyode: It's quite interesting. How did you write that?

That car is a racing car; very nasty work of engineering. But the funny thing is that it's quite ugly.

dare2think: Not much difference btw Oyedepo and the average entreprenuer, only that Oyedepo deceives people

If that's the difference, it's a very serious difference. It's the difference between Linda Ikeji and a Yahoo girl.

Why? Impressed with our uptime? :-)

There are no aliens as far as we know. Even if they exist, they are probably too far away to be reached in millenia.

It seems to me that Development and Science are completely different things.
However, people have asked for a science section a couple of times.

The Nairaland custom search engine has been replaced with Google Custom Search. I hope you like it.

We can start with a science thread and see where that leads us.
