Hmmm, as they say, innocent until proven guilty.  Though I'm not convinced this man is innocent, he should not be in jail unless is guilt was proven beyond reasonable doubt.  It's a pity he decided to plead guilty; although the judge could have sentenced him to two years if he did not, so I don't know.

This issue is deep; there's no straightforward solution.  If two people come into marriage with different ideas of what their roles are supposed to be, it's very very difficult to make it work.  Someone has to compromise and be unhappy.  Either you or him.

If they are corrupt, why not charge them to court and win a conviction? Prisoners can't contest.

If you lose an adsense cheque, you can immediately ask google to stop the cheque and return your earnings to your account. As far as I know, the only way someone else can cash it is by opening a domiciliary account in your name, which will probably leave a paper trail.
