I have lost faith in heroes.  The unsatisfying confrontation between the Haitian and his brother did it for me.  Here is a guy that is supposed to be an bloodthirsty African terrorist with Iron skin, yet he makes no attempt to attack our heroes or defend himself.  The producers are creatively bankrupt.

First degree murder is premeditated murder.  When you come out of your house with a cutlass with the intention to kill people, and you succeed in dong so, the result is first degree murder.  As for the policeman that was killed, I guess he was not armed.  I guess the police needs to have a special genocide control unit.  

All these killings are just simple first degree murder, which is punishable by ******* under Nigerian law.

The HVX200 is more flexible, while the EX1 must be handled delicately: you must stabilize it, you can't shoot with a high frame rate, and you must avoid shooting black objects that are hot (they'll appear red).  But the EX1 more sensitive to light and has a higher resolution.  Does resolution matter if your destination is TV or DVD delivery?  Probably not.  So I would go for whichever one is cheaper.
