He bought 21m by 19m dimension of land from one of these estate developers here in Abuja on which he is expected to build a three bedroom bungalow as specified by the developer. I believe we are all familiar with their clause of having to build in accordance with specified prototype mandated by the developer. My client is a single young man and he feels a 3bedroom apartment is just too much for him for now. We consulted the developer and they relaxed the clause just a bit: we are allowed to alter the interior parts of the proposed plan but shouldn’t shift a block of the exterior (window/door positions MUST remain the same).

NOW.

At AJIBSHELTER, we converted the old design into a functional Two bedroom apartment with sitting room, guest toilet, Kitchen with a store, dining and both rooms ensuite with toilets, and another One bedroom apartment with sitting room, guest toilet, kitchen and the room ensuite with toilet under the same roof.

@ bolded, i doubt it and u even messed up by saying it hangs everyday except u are using very old xiomi device or very low range with SD 439 chips which is still superior to P22 and probabaly P35 tecno uses.

There are levels phones get to that u dont complain about hanging, you may complain about bloatware, bugs, irregular update, heating up, battery drain, camera quality, bad OS etc but hanging is out of it. xiaomi and co are beyond that.
i used huawei y9 2019 for two years, it never for once hang but all the things i mention do happen after update which are always resolved through another updates.

lastly claiming people saying the facts here are paid is very funny because many of us （atleast me ）are not paid, we are just motivated by the desire to guide others from falling victim and we are demanding for trassion to improve on their devices.

I think it's stupid for one to do comparison between Infinix note 7 and redmi note 7 of last year sef, I don't know why a bunch of reviewers are hell bent on this comparison sef? , try doing a comparison with redmi note 8pro or with the recent note 9pro knowing they both came out within the same period, let's see who's king at that budget segment once and for all. Let's not even involve the realme, vivo etc fact still remains that transsion is still far behind in spec development and the Infinix note 7 price doesn't justify money well spent after been compared to the note 8pro and note 9 of the redmi.

That phone does not even match up with note 7 pro, 409ppi, gorrila glass, type c usb regular updates, 18watt fast charger. i can't even say if Mediatek G70 suppased Snapdragon 675 in note 7 pro. so it can't even match it.
