Xiaomi sold 100million phones in just 10month worlwide in 2019, a particular xiaomi phone sold 10 million units in 3 months.
how many unit do u think tecno sold since their creation in 2006 (i doubt u even know when tecno was created and i doubt u know number of phones tecno shipped in a year)

I,m using realme x 2 pro, just got it less than a month and im ejoying it.
it is a steal for the price and the new flagship killer after 1+ officially relinquish the crown.

Snapdragon 855+, amoled screen, under display fingerprint, dual stereo speaker with dolby atimos, 90hz refresh rate that make the screen seems faster and the fast charging capability.

what i enjoy most is the 50watt charging capability, it charges from 0% to 100% in less than 25minutes, i normally charge my phone at 20% and if i plug the phone, before i finish brushing my teeth, it is fully charged.
sometime i plug my phone to pick something in the room, before i found what i want pick in the room plus some amebo with madam the phone is fully charged.
plug and go to toilet, the phone will be fully charged before u are done in the toilet.

nothing beats fast charging honestly.

Bros calm down, My wife uses Samsung A30 and my brother uses redmi note 8, the display of note 8 beats my wifes phone handsdown interms of pixel density and colour details. i also use realme x 2 pro and my display is almost thesame with my brothers phones except for better veiwing angle and colour refinment of amoled on x 2 pro.

you needs to understand that this guys unlike trassion plays a worldwide game in conutries that scrutinizes claim and quality.
if they makes spec claim, it better be it otherwise they will be sanctioned by local regulatory agencies unlike our trassion that claimes triple or quad camera when it is actually double and SON or NCC can't do anything about it.


we also know that infinix does not use glass protection except maybe normal screen guard that is factory fitted, u and i know that if they use, infinix will announce it to high heaven and it will also reflects in their inflated price.

finally Type C is a deal if it wasn't, all known major brands wouldn't have migrated to it and many would have continue to use old usb to cut cost especially those midrangers.

Finally nobody is hating on anybrands, we are just demanding for better quality and price and specs should be justified.

look at infinx note 7 and redminote 8pro and realme x 2, realme 6pro, Vivo z5x, vivo s5 etc all within same price and ask urself if that infinix price is justified because all this product i mention has superior spec sheet and quality, yet alot cheaper or same price.

Everything in Nigeria is business, collect licence under the guise of invesment and then hoard untill it is scarce then start selling it at roof sky price, while denying genuine investor.

This is common in every aspect, power generation and distribution, telecom, Transportation, Oil mininig, mineral minning, Land allocation etc.

he may even get it cheaper at the right source, however i will rather recommend note 8 pro because it has socs that is slitly powerfull and may get update of andriod 11 but huawei y9 will be alot cheaper.

let me give u some examples

TECNO CAMON 15 premier has 64MP and quad Camera but helio P35 can not support above 25MP single camera and 13*13 dual camera.

Also if trassion lies about one of their brand 's premium product, what guarantee do we have they don't lie about their other brands such as itel and infinix ?

I'm not aware of any difference in redmi k20pro in Nigeria and other countries, what I'm aware of is that their is Chinese varient, India varient and EU or global vareient. This is not new, infact it is common with all Chinese phones because of competition and individual market requirements.

i use realme x 2 pro Chinese version and i notice huge difference from the one in the review.

From the above, anybody hoping to buy a new phone will do well to buy the Redmi Note 8 or Redmi Note 9 since the Redm Note 7 may no longer be in production and the infinix note 7 cannot be compared to the Redmi note 7 and its successors.

I ended up being a Xiaomi user because I've always loved being unique/different. I never really cared about phone specs, just give me a phone that no one else uses in my neighborhood and I'm fine. from leagoo- cubot- sony Experia- fero all for the fun of being different, the only phone among aforementioned that I enjoyed was fero. I stumbled upon the Xiaomi thread but I was just happy I had found my next unknown brand, immediately I got the redmi 7 for 45k and I enjoyed it when all my friends struggle to get/pronounce my phone's name, this alone made satisfied. out of curiosity I dug deep into my phone and I immediately became a fan.
at 45k my phone:
1. controls TVs, DVDs and more.
2. earlier pixel model picture quality with gcam.
3. Corning gorilla glass 5 for protection.
4. I have even forgotten that a phone can overheat.
5. an okay processor that handles my day to day activities just fine.
6. I have actually lost count of how many OTA updates I have done (and still counting) with my phone running ok.
7. fast fingerprint/ face unlock/ 10w fast charging (which is ok considering the price)
the list goes on and on... Xiaomi is a very good brand, NOT PERFECT BUT VERY GOOD.

I used to be like u, I don't like common things until I carry that mentality go buy car, na there I know say crowd are good once in a while. You travelled and u needs to fix something urgently from ur car and no mechanic can fix it, worst still some will not even tell u they can't do it until when they dismantled and can't reassemble again then u beginnto hear " if it was Toyota, I would have finished it" "oh Honda is very simple, just do this and it will work" at the end they will collect ur money and complicate ur car.

I don't think that is a problem, nairaland is running advert for them like they would have run for any organisation including u and me and any media organisation would have done same for tecno including Google.

My only area of reservation is pushing articles that deliberately misrepresented facts in an attempt to decieve innocent people to buy tecno to the front page, while the articles that enlighten people with fact are bugged down at local phone section to die quickly without getting to the real audience.
