I did my best with given available opportunities.

Little regret was on the relationship part. I had some good relationship but I did not follow through seriously after the university. I was too narrow minded. And I used to worry a lot. Most of what I used to worry about then were just in my mind. Fear of not getting a job, fear of being a failure etc. I have had many good jobs in succession. God bless me. Most of what I feared did not materialize. In fact, it was those things where I had a lot of confidence then that I seem to be faltering now.

Generally, there will always be things to regret in life. And valid ones are the things that we did not do. The options we did not take. You see, even if you had taken those options, you would still regret the other options you did not take. It is normal to feel that one misses out in life in some areas. However, it is never late to go out there and make a difference for the rest of your life.

I have had two experiences. One like the one posted by OP and another one different.
Format 1. DOB was described as different. The guy got my three names correctly. The name of the bank was also correct. He asked me which of the DOB was correct. Then I asked him to confirm again his name and the branch of the bank where he was calling from. His department and office number. That was when the insult started. He lambasted me for not being helped. I called back and he didn't pick up the phone. Then I did what I had to do. I placed him on a curse, by text messages.

FORMAT 2. This happened earlier. Over three years ago.
On a Saturday, I received two text messages informing me that someone wanted to open a union Bank account with my BVN. And that the bank had blocked my union bank account because they suspected a fraud. I didn't reply because I couldn't be bothered. I had no union bank account. And I saw no reason why anyone would want to open an account with my details.
Then on the following day, a Sunday, i received a phone call at about 11.am. I just returned from church and I was about to eat. I picked up the call. It turned out to be a purported union Bank staff. He asked me if I got their message on the previous day to which I answered in the affirmative. He then progressed to explain that they had to temporarily suspend my union bank account. I said that was ok. Good job. He then requested for my atm card number. I questioned why. He answered that they would need it to unblock my account. I told him I was not with the card at that moment and that he could call back in some minutes for me to get the card ready.
I searched through my expired card collections and I was tempted to use one of them. But I decided against that because the cards could still be traced back to me. I even searched the internet for some sample atm card. But before I could get one, his call came in. He went straight to the point again. No security check and so on. He asked me to dictate the numbers to him. That was the instant when I could not control my laughter. I busted into a laughter. And sensing that the game was up, the little prankster started to abuse me before he hung up.

And that it can be absorbed by oxygen and water droplets especially in high humid places (like Nigeria. Nigeria has high humidity for greater part of the year. Humidity close to 100%).
What do you think it's effect will be on other substances that humans depend on...things that find their ways into body systems

Same way microwave does not pose any risk but when you place it on some materials that are not microwave compatible, they ionize it and form radicals.

You are struggling too hard to prove the simple fact that 5G does not pose any risk to anyone as it does not ionize the least particle in terms of mass -electrons.

Where are people getting all these conspiracy theories about 5g network from? Na wa o!
The most notorious concept about the conspiracy theory is the supposed relationship between the 5G network and the on going corona virus pandemic. What a load of crap!
To even think of the calibre of people who seem to be peddling such is mentally nauseating! What in the name of everything reasonable is the connection between a radio frequency and the existence or mutation of a biological organism? Ladies and gentlemen, nothing! I repeat, nothing!
I would really like to assume that most students of science are well grounded in the fact that, even right from O level physics, Electromagnetic waves are divided into two categories and these are non ionizing and ionizing waves.
There is a reason all students of science are mandated to master physics and chemistry and also allow the knowledge to pass through them. Such knowledge is meant to fortify one's precious mind against recurrent rumours and conspiracy theories that only serve as catalysts of global panic states! So, at this juncture, Kindly permit me to draw us back to our O level physics so that we can really get the general idea, for knowledge they say is power.
Non ionizing waves are those that belong to the low frequency category and these consist of Radio waves, microwave and Cosmic background microwave. Their frequency is characteristically on the low side of the frequency spectrum, thus, they are low frequency waves!
The ionizing ones on the other hand, belong to the high frequency spectrum. These consist of the ultraviolet ray( from sunlight), x ray( yes that x ray you all know about), alpha ray, Beta ray and Gamma ray. Their frequency is not usually less than 300GH (Gigahertz)
The ionizing rays are produced by radioactive decay of radioactive atoms. When such radioactive atoms decay, they release energy in quanta (packet) forms as high frequency radiation. Such radiation is so packed with energy that it can ionize (remove electron from) other atoms (including atoms from living tissues), thus causing 'damage' (let's assume it's a damage for better understanding) to such atoms! In other words they are called ionizing radiation because they can covert a structurally complete atom to an incomplete one (ion). The same phenomenon described above explains why both patients and health care professionals are often warned and protected against over exposure to x rays in the hospital. X ray as useful as it may be, is also an ionizing radiation!
Radio wave, on which your cell phone, your TV and your radio transistor depend, operates within a low frequency that is incapable of displacing an electron from an atom, let alone an atom of a living tissue. Therefore, it is harmless or incapable of affecting any biological organism, be it virus or man.
The highest frequency to be achieved by any 5g network is not more than 24GH, a far cry below any frequency that can impact a living tissue.
