Foreign Affairs › Re: Russia’s Destruction Of The Ukraine Military by Sevenworldpower(m): 4:51pm On Aug 23, 2022 |
EmperorHadrain: The “Demilitarization” of Ukraine has been precisely the Russian mentality in Ukraine. Their foremost objective, from the very beginning, as explicitly articulated by President Vladimir Putin in his historic speech of February 24, 2022, was to “demilitarize” Ukraine – to destroy its army.
When the war began, the most capable, experienced, well-armed, and well-positioned Ukrainian forces were NOT in Kiev, but in the Donbass and Mariupol. They had been positioning there for months, with the ultimate objective of retaking the Donbass and Crimea – a goal never far from the minds of Ukraine’s ideological and political leaders.
Indeed, they spoke of it openly and without qualification. They strongly believed the strength of their armed forces, after eight years of preparation, had reached a point where it was capable of actually achieving that objective.
Their benefactors in NATO encouraged them to believe this – for it was also NATO’s fondest dream to raise its banners over the naval base at Sevastopol, and thereby wield dominance over the entire Black Sea and the Bosporus.
Pursuant to this and many other geostrategic objectives – arresting Russian resurgence foremost among them – NATO had been providing arms to Ukraine for years, and those arms shipments were expanded and accelerated dramatically in late 2021.
Tens of thousands Ukrainian troops had been trained in the use of these NATO armaments. And, as was known to anybody paying even casual attention, thousands of western intelligence operatives, special forces, and mercenary contractors (predominantly American, British, and French – and lots of them) were embedded with front-line Ukrainian forces, where several have since been killed or captured, and a substantial contingent still remains.
Many of these western troops are there primarily to coordinate the reception, interpretation, and “actionable” use of highly prized and even more highly classified US/NATO “ISR” (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance) data. OK. Lol |

EmperorHadrain: Rubbish.
The Cocaine fueled jewish psychopaths in Kiev have now resorted to lobbing rockets into Crimea out of pure desperation .
There is no objective set out in bombing civilian areas in Crimea.
Rather the bombings are the last trashings from a drowning Kiev.
The way you ignorant niggers reason ehn! Ok |

WATCHOVER: Only people who don't understand war thinks that Russia never won. Russia won the War We warned those ANTI RUSSIA but they did not listen. Russia has won but crimea that has not seen war in 8 years is getting bombed. Air raid alarm. Villages are being evacuated in crimea. This war can last for years. The outcome of the war would reshape international politics. It is either multi-polar world order or a redefined unipolar world order to be championed by Anglo-America political hegemony. |

PandaroObi: My fingers are very heavy typing this. It doesn't even feel right, but somehow I feel very different. I feel human again.
I've hated Igbos for so many years because of a horrible experience I had at the hands of an Igbo boss years ago. I thought I'd never see a good person of Igbo extraction.
So today I visited a friend who happened to have a wife that just delivered. I'm still single, so I sat down chatting with him because there was nothing I would be doing at home.
After a while he went out and returned to tell me that her mother in the Lord (a female pastor who was advanced in age) who lived in the same compound as his was about to go to the market and usually, he accompanied her. Now that his wife really need company, he begged me to follow her as the woman usually purchased in bulk and would need someone to take the stuff into her car.
I obliged him.
When we got to the market, I was following her around the whole place like a house boy . At the end of the day, when we were done with buying and transferring the large food materials to her car, she pointed to some huge tubers of yam, and other food stuff, and told me they were for me. She said I would take them when we return home.
I was very happy and surprised. I thought she was just another entitled woman who would use me without feeling a need to appreciate.
Long story short, when we returned, I helped her take the stuff to her apartment and you know what? She topped it up with some CASH!!
When I told my friend, he said that's how she does. When I asked more to know about her, he told me her name:
An IGBO name! Fani kayode |

Romance › Re: I Slept With My Ex And I Think My Husband Knows by Sevenworldpower(m): 4:36pm On Aug 17, 2022 |
daylay7: I was in love with this guy so much that we do everything together. Aside from the fact that we share the same goals, religion put us far from each other. He was a muslim and I, a christian. I loss my virginity to him (we were both naive in that practice anyway). My parents forbid me and we drifted apart but I loved him still.
I met another guy afterward who shares the same belief with me and we got married three years later. Infact, my ex came for the wedding and celebrated me even during the reception( my husband already know his story and was not surprised when he saw him at the wedding).
A year after the birth of my son, I had an official assignment in another location where my ex's sister resided and because I could not complete the assignment that day, I decided to sleep over at her place. But on getting there, I saw my ex sitting in the living room. It was already late as at that time and I couldn't go back or book for a hotel and I decided to chilled out, telling myself that nothing must happen between us that day. My greatest mistake!
The apartment was just 3 bedroom. A master bedroom for the sister, a room for the children and the other for a visitor. Now we are having two visitors who once shared a thing for each other. My ex invited me into the room but I declined telling him I would rather sleep on the floor in the living room or he should bring a matrass for me. He brought the mattress in the visitors room into the living room and we both slept on it. One thing led to another in the middle of the night.... . And it happened! Coincidentally, my husband called at that time. I had to switched off my phone.
When I got back home the next day, I apologized to my husband that I had a flat battery and he didn't say anything but my husband never looked at me the same again. He never quarreled or said anything even after couple of years later. But the way he talks sometimes as if he kws I am hiding a secret from him and he wants me to open up to him. My fear is that if I should open up, I might lose my marriage and my family. What happened between my ex and I was a one time thing. I never went back or saw him again. It has been 10 years now and I am still feeling bad about it especially when he talked about cheating couple.
This feeling is eating me up. I don't know if I should still open up to him or I should forever remain silent about it....
cc: Relationship matters Uour husband is already known. He is here on nairaland. |
Politics › Re: See What Happened The Last Two Times Igbo Men Ruled Nigeria. by Sevenworldpower(m): 7:45am On Aug 17, 2022 |
HeeBraHim2: I have seen many people claim that if Igbo men rule Nigeria, they will outshine the past president because they have the brains to develop something.
Anyway, I see that as a baseless argument because, if they are what you think they are, the South East they are ruling by themselves won't be the most underdeveloped region in southern Nigeria.
It will not also be the poorest region in southern Nigeria with the lowest IGR.
Anyway, let's go back to the topic! These are things that happened the last time Igbo men ruled Nigeria.
1) Firstly, Azikiwe used the power of the President to seize the University of Lagos and the University of Ibadan, where Yoruba people used cocoa money and their sweat to build, and he used his brother, another Igbo man, to be the leaders of the schools.
2) Ironsi Aguiyi became President after a coup that took the lives of many HAUSA and Yoruba leaders without putting a death sentence on any of the soldiers that carried out the genocide attacks.
3) Aguiyi Ironsi: change the true federalism that the British left for us to a unitary system to have control over all the mineral resources that exist in the country.
Another reason he did that was to prevent a retaliation coup, because once the system has been turned to a unitary system, all military personnel will be under his reign.
4) When Aguiyi Ironsi established the state in 1967, he removed Lagos and Kwara from the Old Western State in order to weaken the political power of the Yoruba people.
Meanwhile, he didn't create any states in the Eastern Region at all, not even Bayelsa or River State.
The calamity of the first coup and changing the true federalism to a unitary system that Igbo man started caused 89% of the problems that we are facing now. You are right. Nigeria has been progressing since then. |

Yoruba man A- Adeyemi Eniola Ayinde Yoruba man B- Abdulahi Musa Yusuf Yoruba man C- David Joseph Joy Slavery starts from giving your children foreign names. In South South, South East , Benue States, many parents assign foreign names to their children. Among muslms in the north and SW, Arabic names are commonly assigned to children. During colonial era, slaves were given new names by their masters . In modern era, we choose to enslave ourselves . In the future I see many Nigerians assigning Chinese and other foreign names to their children. Name is not language though both are aspects of culture. Nothing wrong in learning many languages. It gives you some advantages in multicultural world. |
