L Blessing: I wouldn't say any department is superior to other departments. Lemme give you a scenario, A friend of mine was admitted to study Law but was later moved to Primary Education Studies cos of wrong subject combination. She wasn't happy with the course. So it depends, one might not be moved to a department of one's choice.
