I worked in one of the financial institution in the country, sometimes last year I was promoted to head the department at zonal level, (good News right).
here is the problem and challenges I have been facing on the job, I have almost six superior that are above me in terms of ranks, but I was made to supervise them. this superior don't send their report to me or seek my opinion on anything.

I know they are not happy with me. my regional manager on sensing that this may be a problem recommended that I should be promoted ahead of all my superior yet our management is not saying anything about the recommendation of my regional manager.

most of this superior lobbied for this position but I was picked because of my ability's to deliver on the job.

experience peeps how do I handle a situation where I am supervising my superior yet they are not reporting to me or can I issue queries to them.

1. I just got my inheritance and I got cash of 8M and there's this popular belief of people squandering their inheritance,I don't want that to be my portion so which business can I invest it into. For context, I currently have a job and I'm not ready to quit so please put that into consideration.

2. My younger brother is still a student so he has asked me to save his portion of 6M in bank until he graduates but I don't think that's a good idea. I would rather he put it in some form of secure investment that will be yielding something. Kindly give us suggestions.

I am faced with the choices of staying at my present place of work or doing my bike business full-time.

If you remember I narrated how my place of work is under paying me (30k/month) and I was able to save 10k on monthly basis from it and I got a loan from my girl's mum and added to get a bike to ride after work (a secondary School).

I stay in the School compound without paying rent and others utility bills.

So on the 1st of this month the owner called and told me that because of the School reputation, they wouldn't want their teacher doing bike work and that it's either I resign from the School or drop the bike (alternatively I should find someone's going to do the bike business for me and bring me returns).

At The initial point I wanted giving it to someone, but on a second thought, I decided to do it by myself cos one person I asked to do it was telling me he will pay 1k/day meanwhile when I go out after work, I normally make like 2k - 3k from 3pm to 6pm and the guy is telling me he will remit 1k for working from 7am to 6pm.

Now I need advice on this. Cos I have been thinking of quiting and focusing on the bike work for the moment. I make way pass 6k on a good day but at that school we are paid 1k/ day.

My only challenge now is getting accommodation to pack out and focus on my stuff. I have also thought about entering into transport business since I started this bike work and I also intend going into delivery business too.

Pls what do I do?

Ok guys, I have a new single-mother neighbor, she parked in 2months ago. To be sincere, this woman is like 5years older than I am or so but damn, she’s sexy and huge ass.

She knocked on my door and asked if I had change, I gave her money to pay the aboki and she was looking at me again with some sort of romantic eyes, I was opportune to see her ass clearly that day, damn, the lady get mad ass but I was still kinda acting like nothing dey.
This morning, I was preparing for work when she came with her massive ass again to ask where she could refill her gas cylinder. I tried directing her to the place but she didn’t get the direction so I offered to drive her to the place and back before going for work, normally I’m not a nice person but mehn I Dey lust over this lady . So in the car we started having some discussions, I told her that I don’t cook because I don’t really have time for that, she offered to be cooking for me. Well, I thought she was joking, but she kept pushing that there’s really nothing wrong in doing that for me. I allowed that discussion slide. So I dropped and then drove to work.

This evening I got back from work, immediately I entered my apartment, I heard a knock on my door, it was her. She prepared food for me in a flask. Ha , she was wearing one mad dressing showing her ass even more. Now I’m like what kinda temptation is this. I turned the food inside a plate, washed her flask and then returned it to her, she asked for my number.

What could she be up to?
Though me I like her but seriously I am holding myself because of my girlfriend aswear and the neighbor thing.
Do you think she wants a Bleep or is it still too early to judge that?
Or maybe she just want to find a reliable neighbor friend, you know?

Most of the scammers account number always have a Yoruba names. Once I see Yoruba name it's suspicious. Igbo names Hardly involved in local scams.

Meaning the vat paid in Lagos is paid by the potential consumers of the products.

The dealer is just a channel or way to market for the manufacturers.

When he sale to jigawa consumers he is recovering his money inclusive tax paid and profit.

The tax in Lagos is on behalf of his potential consumers not the dealer.

Please I bought my car about a month now. (Toks)
As I was bringing it in, I didn’t know the car was overheating and it burnt my gasket. I fixed it in agony.
Now just today, after parking it for 9 days I called the mechanic who told me I had to change the 4 coils, plugs and do a fresh servicing. I did all this and even bought two new gallons of coolant. Dear people, do you know that after an hour of all this, I tried to test drive , just along the way I noticed the car was over heating then I Tried to look for a little safe place And park. I opened my engine bay and noticed that gasket is burnt again! All my money down the drain! The stress, the agony, the everything. I’m so so sad! Trying really to be strong. Please people, what can I do? Now the car won’t start and I had to pay a towing van to tow it. Sorry about my grammar. My heart is just too heavy. Thanks. Any opinion is welcome.
