Yes, I also had similar issue with BRP mail and asked and asked and asked on this forum and telegram and other places but couldn't get any conclusive reply in fact I was devastated, I almost got frustrated cos it seemed the issue was only unique to me until an Angel in disguise (in my school group) gave me some emails to contact...and within 24 hours I got my mail...their responses are prompt.
Just structure your message well and send to them.

If you received your visa without BRP introduction letter attached you can mail to these👇

Another thing is due to this Niger blocking there Airways has made the price gone up and if other 3 ecowas also join, flight will get to 4m per head anytime soon.

Dont worry.

Book your airline tickets fast and make sure it is confirmed.

Good news on how to get cheap flight.

Walk in and visit the airport agents who are registered but plan next month will be departure date

Trust me you gonna get a good deal.

I just did and got 1.6 for me and my partner for 5th of September and i have made sure it has been confirmed

I totally get what you’re going through.

Happened during mine. I paid for priority visa and I kept getting empty NSF mails.

I did a lot paid calls, wasted a lot of money. Trust me they will keep telling you that “no decision has been”.

My visa eventually came out after almost 2 weeks as opposed to just a couple of days.

All you can do is pray and try to keep calm( I know this impossible lol ) just try.
