You don't even understand what you are saying yourself, have you seen prelate or primate in the Bible? Who told you pentecostal churches are copying from orthodox churches? Are they the ones that brought ordination of bishops or did it start from the Bible? Read the book of Timothy.

Ive handled many cases like this in the past decade or so.
Traditionally, in most customs, the child of an unmarried woman belongs to her father.
Nonetheless, in any matter relating to the guardianship and custody o children the interest and welfare of the child shall be the first and paramount consideration.
Go to Court. (Customary Court, or Family Division of the High Court) Prove that u can take better care of the child and that the respondent is irresponsible and wayward. The younger the child, the easier for you. Msg me if you have further problems. Good luck

I don't attend Deeper Life, but I subscribe to their teachings. I don't use make up, jewelries or attachments and on my wedding day I won't use them either because I appreciate the way God made me to be beautiful. The man who wants to marry me would accept this because God himself who commanded this mod of dressing from me would tell the man in time to acept me that way. Hey guys, I really need your advice. A woman got pregnant for a schoolmate in Higher Institution, the guy actually impregnated her deliberately because he wanted her to be trapped with him. This guy is of a very dubious character and has duped a lot of people and done a lot of fraudulent things. When the lady found out all the wicked things he was into (along with getting involved in diabolic stuff), she decided to call it quitts after she was delivered of the child (female). The guy threatened her with all manner of threats but she refused to go back on her decision.

After a few years she eventually met a young man genuinely interested in her who wants to marry her, the lady is scared of commitement because she does not want a situation where she would get married and the ex would come back to demand for his child and make trouble. She does not want to give her ex custody of the child because of his dubious and wicked character.

Is there a law in the country that would support her as the mother of the child to have complete custody of the child since the child was born out of wedlock? Can her new husband formally adopt the child as his legally?

Please lawyers and people with such knowledge should comment. Mods, take this to front page as it is a very delicate situation.

No problem sister I will share on this platform. The Holy Spirit witnessed to my heart in 2015 that despite all I have heard about these things being wrong for a female will I not stop them? I knew it was His voice so I made up my mind to do something about it, before that time I normally oppose any teaching that discourages these women apparel. Bit by bit I started leaving the things and when I did so I had more peace because I was receiving revelations that I was on the right step. It's been almost three years since I stopped and I am very glad I did.
Also when you read 1Tim 2:9 it explains it

Don't mind those criticising you, the Holy Spirit is the one who directs according to God's purpose for us, He knew programming was not God's will for you that's why he helped you stop. All those unhappy about it can go learn programming if they want, is it for everyone?

I thank God because now I have left behind my wayward lifestyle, I was stubborn to my parents and insolent but God has helped me to become humble. Through direction I also stopped wearing trousers, artificial hair, make up and jewelry. It was the hardest thing to stop but when I did it benefitted me a lot.
