@phder,Please if you don't have any good contribution,it is better to keep quite than pretending to be saint.You don't know about other people situations,if u want to go and study in canada,go and study,you don't have to castigate others that want to go and give birth there.It is none of your business.How are the genuine students,are you telling me that after your study in canada,you would reside there to live and work.Pls stop being holier than thou.

Hi guys,please I need your advice on this .I have a valid US visa with my wife till July 2015,infact I just renewed it,now I want to take my daughter to the usa for holiday,please how will I go about her application since we still have valid usa visas.

Just want to inform the house that my visiting trv was issued today with my wife two days after we did medical.

Hello Guys,I applied for canadian visiting visa for 6 months with my wife two weeks ago,two days ago my wife was asked to do meedical (pregnancy ) which fortunately it was negative,now I want to know if we will be issue the visa since her medical is good.Please advise.

Thanks Guys for your contributions.Maybe I should just say this,this forum is all about sharing ideas.First of all,I didn't cancelled the hotel cos of money,I did because I couldnt travel as the reserved period,secondly I was never aware that I could ask for an administrative review and since the period which I intend to travel has passed,I never felt it was necessary to reapply cos I wasn't desperate.I applied cos I wanted to travel in December not after that.Lastly It is possible for me to ask my lawyer to email clarifying the aspect of a false credit card.I don't intend to travel to the UK now or in the nearest future.I need constructive advice.

Furthermore checks by our office revealed that you made hotel reservation using false credit card details(which was a pure lie cos I used my Gtb bank card to reserve it and I subsequently cancelled the reservation cos I could nt travel at the stated period.

In view of the above,I am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry as a visitor.I therefore refused your application .Your right of appeal is limited to the ground blab blab .
I have to say that I am a widely travelled individual with good business here.Been to us,canada,schegen many times,even have a valid 1 year schegen and us visa..

It all happened in late December and I never bothered to write or reapply cos I see them as being unnecessarily racist and just want to be exploiting money from applicants though I didn't apply for two years cos I don't see the justification for paying 73 k as visa fee while us is just 26k and Germany is 12800 for a year visa.
Please I want to know if my case over the false credit card attract 10 years ban because I never used a false credit card cos all I did was to reserve room not to make payment.please advise.

Me and wife answered together.
VO: Why are you not travelling with the kids
Me: The last time we travelled as a family,the kids couldn't allow me quality time with my wife.

Me: Nope,just for vacation
Vo: why didn't you travel with your wife on most of your trips
Me:We have young kids and parenting involving attention,whenever I am away on a trip,she has to taken care of the home stead.
VO: ur visa has been approved, pls pick in 2 days time

Hello everybody,please I want to know my chance of getting a us visa for me and my wife.I had a previou expired us visa which I use once,I have travelled many times to schegen countries,UK,turkey,china,dubai while my wife has been to dubai for family vacation and china and also to African countries cos she sell fabric at Lagos island and we both own our respective companies.I intend applying for the visa around June,pls what is our chance of getting the visa.
