Well first off. Never forget government is the reflection and representation of the people they lead. So, in line with this, you can get a glimpse of why government is like this.

It's not rocket science that the damaged and recalcitrant ones are the ones who get elected into government positions and they also, appoint their fellow damaged and recalcitrant loyalist and friend for political appointment.

This is the very reason why Nigerian government can never do anything meaningful.

There's something I've noticed about men. They can be so unforgiving when it comes to their wives or gf's unfaithfulness. I'm not justifying this. Trust me, I'm not. But I've seen lot of cases where women would forgive the husband and forget. Why is it hard for men to forgive?

I mean, if God uses all our sins to judge or punish us in this life, I believe no one will remain in existence. Why can't a mere mortal man also develop this forgiving spirit?

Lemme let you in on this. A man's major problem is his ego. It's the very reason why he can never forgive or find it Hard to forgive his wife if she cheats.

With a man's wife or girlfriend, he usually see her as his pride or treasure. So she cheating on him is something he won't take lightly.

Also, if you notice, a man can forgive his wife if she insults his friends or fight them, if she fights his mother or family members and the likes, but never will he forgive her cheating.

It's like somebody invaded on something that is exclusive to him. Something meant for only him to enjoy or whatever. Often times I've heard men who cheat like no man's business tell their wife "they can forgive her if she do anything, like anything except if she cheats".

This is why men who cheat, take it very hard if or when they discover their wife is cheating on them. Some can even kill the man she cheats with or even the wife.

Though it's a two way thing. But that's for another topic for another day.
