I'm lazy to go address all of this. The UN doesn't deliver food in my country either but the focus was not on individual countries but Africa as a whole. If Africa is all of this, why do the west keep interfering in her affairs? At least Moamar Gaddafi never sought aid or loan from the UN, but why did the West oppose his government and had him killed?

You can't pick & choose now. When foreign aid lends out a hand to solve some of Africa's problems, I don't see people complain. When you accept help from others for the millionth time in a row, then you're opening the door for the outsiders to have a say in YOUR affairs. It's that simple. Well I don't see the UN delivering food and medicine in my country. That's for sure. Because one gives me aid/loan does't give that one the authority to tell me how to conduct my affairs. Homosexuality is the least of Africa's worries. We have way much bigger fish to fry. Hence I don't understand why presidents suddenly get big jaws over smaller issues like who is sleeping with whom when they do very little over the issues that requires them to walk the talk.

Once upon a time, corruption, rape, child molestation etc were the least of Africa's worries, now, its now a thorn in our flesh, hell its even celebrated.
