rexlims:Person wey no get certificate. |
Whosoever must have written that speech is a big fool. The president himself is not alright for reading such nonsense. What do they mean by Nigerian youths are lazy and want everything free? You provide nothing for us as a government. No constant electricity, no enabling environment to make young creative minds thrive, no security, bad roads, no accessible loans to aid young minds in their business, terrible educational system, poor healthcare services, useless laws and government policies that favour just the politicians and their types. All of your children schooled overseas (Mr. President, his vice and many of the senators and cabinet members). You know what Mr. President, you and all of our past leaders, administrations made the youth what they are today. The youth struggle even in this mess your kinds created many years ago and still adding to our miseries to make a mark and help the economy and country in any way they can. Cos of bad governance from your kinds youth engage in vices, and all sorts of bad behaviors just to make ends meet. And what of the freelancers, the innovators, the gee boys that bring in lots of forex to help boost the economy in their little ways, will you tag them lazy? even when they achieved this with NO HELP from the government? Mr. President you just said arrant nonsense and further continue to mess the hardworking youth of this country up in presence of other countries. Now many countries will see the youths of this country as you have portrayed us even if just a very few percentage are what you are talking about. |

bigpicture001:It's only our government that can do that. These employers follow the government lead. Imagine when the government pays #18,000 as minimum wage(monthly) why won't the employers be happy to treat workers anyhow. The best bet is to introduce hourly payment scheme at all levels, both government and private sector, till then, workers will continue to be treated as trash. |
They didn't deny the allegations after all. |
What I feel the government has to do is introduce per hour payment system as practiced in many countries. They can peg payment at #500 minimum per hour. If this is introduced, workers can work at different places and employers will mind how they use workers anyhow. Imagine the people working at the betshop 8am-9pm that's 13hrs of work a day with maybe 1hr break getting paid 15k at the end of the month. If they were paid hourly @ #500 that'll be #6,500 a day the employer will have to do a sort of rotation in work days as he'll know paying all the staff that amount daily will wreck him and this will in turn give workers chance to work elsewhere on their off days. |
Their problem. The guy that asked what if the invaders were suicide bombers. Don't you think it'll be better if those suicide bombers attacked these people instead of innocent Nigerians? |
Liliyann:Not Muslims, but some religious fanatics that happen to be Muslims (extremists). And Mr. MURIC no Muslim is hurt cos they removed Arabic inscriptions from the naira notes. Who even bothers to check notes before spending. Make una go siddon abeg. |
You work at Microsoft and must have earned quite a substantial amount of money, better off most software engineers in Nigeria, but GREED made you do this in an environment you know you can be nabbed easily if you fail to do a clean job. Now you may end up in jail. |
But the umbrella can cover just one person. And they might not be moving together, just a coincidence maybe. |

chrissylva:Remember you won't get to the sun without passing the clouds. Start from somewhere. You can't just wake up one day and think you can become president next year. Get a strategy. |
chrissylva:All that you've listed to do can be initiated in the NASS and proposed as a bill(s). Why not try going as a NASS member for your constituency. That's the major area we need new, creative and selfless individuals. An advice. |
Funny thing is most of the guys that engage in this tribal and religious wars joined less than 2-3 years ago. And note most of those comments are just for likes and shares sake. |
Which one is caught dancing as if they were hiding. |
Can't work down here. |
I don't know why a guy will cheat and still confess. I can never confess my sins or shortcomings to any human. If u cheat and she isn't aware and you're sure she isn't aware, just stop and don't cheat no more but don't confess to her, no matter what. She will never forget if you confess. Confessions should be a solo thing between yourself and your God, no human is worth confessing to, esp in this world we are now. Move on bro and don't repeat the same mistake again. |
There is a popular saying that goes " The way to a man's heart is through his stomach". Not his preek. |
I noticed it too. What sort of mistake is that? |
Let's continue deceiving ourselves with one mark that doesn't exist while other countries continue to progress. Mark of beast kor tatoo of the monster ni. |
Africans and religion ehn. Even the prophet never for once celebrated his birthday. Even the main people that brought the religion to us sef no dey celebrate am. But Africans especially Nigerians will go haywire to celebrate. We will never go forward if we put religion first on our front burner. |
