Let me be very frank with you: no democratic government can easily reverse these 2 reforms. It would involve due process. The 36 state governors who have enjoyed massive increases in their monthly allocation due to these 2 policies would fighy to the end any attempt to reverse.

Only the military has the capacity to end these policies overnight.
