Dave Umahi should learn native wisdom from president Bola Tinubu. You can only wake someone that's sleeping but you can not wake someone pretending to be sleeping. You don't need to accept interview with people that are known as enemy of the government. They almost kill themselves when Tinubu refused to grant them audience in build up to 2023 election.

See ehn, I will tell you one thing about me. My father is Awori, confirm waterside, LGA is Amuwo Odofin, hometown is Ibeshe. Just go to Ibeshe, if you know your way and ask for Agaja kekere and Agaja nla. My mother is from Badagry town an Egun woman, her agbole is Ago Ijaiye. My mother's mum and father's mum are from Ajido. My father's mum family own all the Ibeshe beach lands, my mother's mum left her and her siblings with 3 very large coconut farms in Ajido and beach lands.

Travel down to badagry town, ajido town, and ibeshe town and ask of these family names.

Those of you claiming Lagos cannot and I repeat cannot mention your families name and let us confirm.

If we talk about Nigeria as you said, then why do you lots keep bringing in ethnicity? The constitution says anyone so far he's a Nigerian can live, do business and contest elections in any part of Nigeria, as long as he is eligible.

You can go to Imo state and contest for an elective position, it is left to the people there to elect you or not.

If a Chinedu that has lived in Lagos all his life decides to contest for governor, he has all the right to so far he is qualified according to the constitution. It is left for the electorates to vote him.

Yoruba was used by the british as a unifying name for all the ethnic groups in the South Western parts of Nigeria.

The Yoruba word was introduced between 14th century and 16th century.

Oduduwa never called himself Yoruba.

Aworis are descendants of Oduduwa from Ile Ife.
