There is nothing like presidential flag. What we have is presidential seal. Tinubu administration use the Green White green flag without the coat of arms in the middle. (At least in a few of his broadcast videos the flag has no coat of arms in it)

Buhari, Obi and even Sanwo Olu just like many other Nigerian politicians and even the people misrepresent the flag having a coat of arms in the middle of it.
