I once tried grinding it in the market but it was “sandy” when I cooked it. I was tasting sand in the soup. Is there a way to prevent that?

Best bet is to get a pressure cooker. Your beans will be done in less than 30 minutes and it will be very very soft.

I cook my beans for max 25 minutes on low heat with pressure pot.

Another thing is to get the new coal pot. It doesn’t consume charcoal and it is smoke free. Jikoa coal pot.

Dinner. Semolina ft chicken and beef stew with ewedu.

Dinner. Rice and beans with fish stew.
