The petition presents various alternative reliefs sought by the petitioner.

In the first alternative, the petitioner is asking the court to determine that the 2nd Respondent was not duly elected as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on February 25, 2023, as the majority of the lawful votes cast were not in their favor. Consequently, the declaration and return of the 2nd Respondent as the winner of the Presidential election were unlawful, unconstitutional, and of no effect. Instead, the petitioner is requesting that they be declared and returned as the winner of the Presidential election based on the valid votes cast, as they scored the highest number of votes cast in the election and not less than one-quarter of the votes cast at the election in each of at least two-thirds of all the states in the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

In the second alternative, the petitioner is asking the court to cancel the Presidential election conducted on February 25, 2023, on the ground that the election was not conducted substantially in accordance with the provisions of the Electoral Act 2022 and Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999, as amended. Additionally, the petitioner is requesting that the 1st Respondent conduct a fresh election for the office of President, the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

In the prayers section, the petitioner is seeking various reliefs from the court, including a determination that the 2nd and 3rd Respondents were not qualified to contest the election, all the votes recorded for the 2nd Respondent in the election are wasted votes, and the 1st Petitioner scored a majority of the lawful votes cast at the election and had not less than 25% of the votes cast in each of at least two-thirds of the states of the Federation, and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, and satisfied the constitutional requirements to be declared the winner of the February 25, 2023 Presidential election.

In the second prayer, the petitioner is requesting that the court determine that the 2nd Respondent, having failed to score one-quarter of the votes cast at the Presidential election in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, was not entitled to be declared and returned as the winner of the Presidential election held on February 25, 2023.

Finally, in the third alternative, the petitioner is asking the court to cancel the election and compel the 1st Respondent to conduct a fresh election at which the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Respondents shall not participate.

I'm trying to build Crypto currency exchange platform from a start .

I was able to generate wallet addresses for Ethereum (using ether.js) and Bitcoin (using Blockchain API)

My problem now is how to generate wallet addresses for other alternative coins like USDT, LTC , Dogecoin ..... and how to manage the sending and receiving process.

Can someone help me with information how this work. I have googled a lot , not able to get clear understanding of how this work.

If you know DSA don't fret if you don't know DSA you will fail the test. If you really want to get into toptal you should spend six months preparing very well. But why use six months preparing for toptal when I can get into Google or Facebook. Makes no sense to me at least.

I passed the first stage in Toptal screening process which is communication and culture stage.
Now, i received a mail to take an online test which i must take in next three days.

I read that this stage is very difficult that is only 13% of applicants can pass through this stage.

Has any Nairalanders take the test before and passed?, please share tips and materials.

i think mr seun should look unto these allegations. let every religion belief be protected. if possible any anti religion post should not reach frontpage. in my opinion nairaland also allow tribe deriding i think this is unfair you can do something about this too.
