You can turn to overnight accountants and auditor-generals on projects in your geo-political zone, that's your wahala. On South South zone, any project or investment is justified and the citizens must stay on government's neck until fully completed and functional!

They won't sign it because there was no enabling law to back the actual project. I always tell people that innovation goes way beyond the actual project, you also have to research on the overall ecosystem including the current status of the relevant legal framework.

Your good and progressive thinking is appreciated but you are definitely not the first person to mention or write proposal on Olusosun waste and power generation. Frank Olize dedicated an episode of his report show on NTA to this over 25 years ago.
