Mispreeti:
Please I need your advice.

My sister is at the hospital with one of her twins who is seriously ill and I'm in her house taking care of the other twin. I have been here for a week and her husband has been disturbing me for sex. I refused but he is not listening. He touched me while I was asleep and I felt it then I immediately woke up. He pretends to be covering the baby sleeping beside me. I told him i will report him to my dad in the morning. He has apologised and promised not to do it again but I know he is lying because this is not the first time it has happened since I came here.

I can’t go back to sleep and I'm afraid if I close my eyes and sleep, he will come again.

Please should I report him to my dad or give him another chance?
When another man's house becomes unsafe for you in any way, the next rational step to take is to leave the house. Leave the man and his problem and his house. Reporting to whoever may leave long lasting problems in the family. Just leave that house without delay: save yourself, save their marriage, save the family bond.

Two things to do before unleashing your warriors: occupy the state house of assembly and governor's office then do the same at abuja, occupying the national assembly and aso rock with your subjects. After these, unleash your native armed forces: the right to life through self defence is a guaranteed and unalienable right under the sovereign constitution and under all international laws.

Stop being abusive without provocation. Spiritual matters are not always gauged by human reasoning. Abraham considered it reasonably objectionable to send away his second wife and her son as Sarah had demanded but God told him to do exactly as she said. You wanna judge God?

Youre daft in your comparison...

A teacher in school is am adult and shldnt dress in such a way to entice her students who are minors...

This case is a case of two adults and one can't keep himself in check gives him no right to punish the other for it..

Get some sense
Take a different view of this issue. The loss of a replaceable job cannot be compared with the risk of losing a marital home or even losing one's salvation through illicit amorous affairs.

Is this not the one who has the spilled blood of countless youths on his hand ? Is this not the one who has collapsed the destinies of uncountable youths from illicit

7 judges can't all make the same mistake at the same time. Most don't understand that this was a unanimous decision made by 7 judges.
Once they reverse themselves on this case, then they need to look into all other cases too. Other parties will also have the right to ask the court to reverse cases that were not in their favour. When will it stop?
Very realistic analysis sir!
The probability of all 7 JUDGES of THE SUPREME COURT erring in a unanimous verdict in law on a particular case is ZERO!

He who the gods want to kill, they first make mad. The last time someone asked the Supreme Court to review its own judgement (Andy Uba), it was thrown out. No lawyer worth his LLB, BL would accept such a brief. It is an insult on our legal system.

INEC failed to validate results it declared for Ihedioha, so what did he expect their Lord Jstices to do? Before anyone starts shouting that our judiciary has been bribed, he should make an effort to study the judgement without sentiments.

As for Ihedioha, many of our leaders have gone to school, yet few are educated. Let us not call Buhari a dullard, but let us look at our governors first. Afterall, it is in this same country that a Professor Governor appointed a BBNaija Star Special Assistant on Garments...
If indeed a governor appointed a bbnaija as a state special assistant on garments, it confirms the shithole Nigeria has become. You create a bogus office using scarce state resources for the frivolous purpose of servicing and receiving service of a glorified harlot?!! What flagrant amorous recklessness!!! He should be charged for abuse of office as that act amounts to reducing the grave assignment of state management to disco dancing. If the citizens of the state could however tolerate that, then their collective depravity is already well represented in state governance

The root of those excessively consuming sexual desires is demonic and when you begin to feel entitled to the sinful pleasures, you are sure going to end up very badly. You should rather break from such inordinate lusts by all means. If you however choose to sacrifice propriety for pleasure, you will end up with the unfortunate lots who regret when it is too late to remedy. Deliver yourself therefore before it becomes too late. Isabel dos Santos, Africa’s richest woman has been charged with fraud which took place during her stewardship of state-owned oil firm Sonangol.
Angola’s billionaire former first daughter Isabel dos Santo’s has been charged in the southern African country with money laundering and mismanagement during her stewardship of state-owned oil firm Sonangol, the Angolan prosecutor general announced on Wednesday.

Hundreds of thousands of files about dos Santo’s were obtained by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) and released by several news organisations on Sunday, dubbed the “Luanda Leaks”. They allege the daughter of ex-president José Eduardo dos Santos plundered state coffers to build her fortune, estimated at $2.1 billion (€1.82 billion).

“Isabel dos Santo’s is accused of mismanagement and embezzlement of funds during her tenure at Sonangol and is thus charged in the first instance with the crimes of money laundering, influence peddling, harmful management…forgery of documents, among other economic crimes,” prosecutor general Helder Pitta Gros told a news conference late Wednesday.

Portuguese news agency Lusa quoted Pitta Gros as saying that dos Santos had not directly shown any interest in collaborating with Angolan authorities. “At the moment, the concern is to notify and get them to voluntarily come to justice,” he added.

Dos Santos, who was chairwoman of Sonangol from June 2016 to November 2017 and amassed her fortune during her father’s decades-long presidency, could not immediately be reached for comment but has denied wrongdoing.

Investigations were opened after her successor Carlos Saturnino raised the alarm about “irregular money transfers” and other dodgy procedures.

Dubbed Africa’s richest woman, dos Santos is accused of using her father’s backing to plunder state funds from the oil-rich but poor African country, and of building her business empire by moving the money abroad with the help of Western firms, including transfers between Angola and Dubai.

Pitta Gros said dos Santos was among five suspects, all of whom were currently residing abroad.

Stakes held in major Portuguese companies

In Portugal, dos Santos holds significant stakes in several major firms including NOS and oil firm Galp Energia. Soon after the Angolan prosecutor’s announcement, dos Santos announced her decision to sell her stake in Portuguese bank Eurobic, the small lender said on Wednesday.

Dos Santos is Eurobic’s main shareholder but the bank said she had decided to withdraw from its shareholding structure and sell her stake. In a statement sent to Reuters, Eurobic said the selling process of the 42.5% stake had already started and dos Santos’s decision was “final”.

A spokeswoman for Portugal’s public prosecutor’s office confirmed to Reuters that Angola’s Pitta Gros and Portugal’s attorney general, Lucilia Gago, will meet in Lisbon on Thursday. She did not say what they will discuss.

Frozen assets in Angola

She stopped living in Angola after her father, who ruled the country with an iron fist for nearly 40 years, stepped down in 2017 for his anointed successor João Lourenço.

Angolan authorities froze Isabel dos Santos’s assets in the African country in late December following allegations by prosecutors that she and her husband Sindika Dokolo had steered payments of more than $1 billion from state companies Sonangol and Sodiam to firms in which they held stakes. Dos Santos and Dokolo denied wrong doing.
