PoliticsRe: Between Mr Macaroni And Those Who Abused Him by shortgun(m): 8:11am On Mar 08, 2023
Nigeriayouthmov:
After I saw so many people insulting Mr Macaroni and calling him Omo ale or so, I realized that there are over 60 million _ _ _ _ _ people in this country and that alone is a threat to the progress of this country. I saw nothing bad in what he said that power belongs to the people and they can take it anytime they want. In my state currently, Governor Obaseki is currently running round town trying to please the people, grading roads, completing projects and sharing numerous transformer. He is aware what Edo people can do and he wants to stay on their good side. I am also aware it's same in Lagos, Enugu, Delta and co. These political heavyweights who once lived to please themselves, their party and godfather are now so afraid of the voice of the people. Tell me is this not how things is supposed to be? What is the crime in the statement made by Macaroni to warrant so much insult, share your views because I see this as a step in the Right direction.

Lastly, I sat near my radio after a long while and discovered Obaseki was not as poor as we rated him in the state. He was not a showboy like oshiomole who can dance and commission half projects. I wish him luck though and hope he retains some seats enough till we boot him out in 2024 for a labor party governor from Edo central.
You made alot of sense in this piece, it's unfortunate how young people who should see beyond ethnicity and tribalism have allowed themselves to be used by the very same people who have taken away every opportunity of progress from the youths.

Until you pull out of the federal republic of Nigeria, Igbos as citizens of Nigeria will continue live, vote and be voted for in any part of the Federation including Lagos....

If you don't want other ethnic nationals in your state start making plans for secession.

Meanwhile, I have a 1000sqm land in Enugu for sale incase you want to invest in the east, bring your money nobody will stop you cos you are Yoruba.

I feel sorry for these students whenever I remember how happy, elated and enthusiastic they were when they were chanting "No structure" while counting the votes Peter Obi got in their polling unit in the university of Ibadan.

Who knows how they will take the demoralising announcement of Tinubu by INEC as the winner of the election they had so much hope in.

One thing I know for sure is that these set of students will never see any good in the country again, the shock and disappointment will mess them up real bad.
I feel for them.

PoliticsElectronic Transmission Of Results Are Mere Guidelines by shortgun(op):
Electronic transmissions of polling unit results is just a mere guideline not supported by law according to the APC.

The mandate thieves forget that guidelines become laws once they are issued by a body empowered by law to do so.

They forget that guidelines are backed by the constitution, this is why INEC is given the power to make them by the electoral Act.

If the laws gives you power to make guidelines and regulations they become binding once you make them! Just like laws!

They forget that it is deceitful for INEC to issue guidelines for elections then turn around and do the opposite.

Guidelines and regulations are binding on events on which they are issued unless vacated and new ones issued for the same event.

The discretion that the constitution gives INEC only means no new legislation will be required for issuance of guidelines for future elections...
INEC indeed is at discretion to issue guidelines and they become legal once they are issued, it will be illigal for INEC or any party to go against valid guideline.

Section 60(5) of the electoral Act 2022
The presiding officer shall transfer the results including total number
of accredited voters and the results of the ballot in a manner as prescribed by
the Commission.

Some questions for APC and INEC;
At what point during elections did the official guidelines by INEC became invalid?
Were new guidelines issued, communicated to political parties and eligible voters?
What was the new guidelines?

APC and INEC are trying to be cleaver by half,
Unless the judges are compromised, the argument that guidelines are not supported by law doesn't hold water.

Nigerians that voted against Tinubu are more than the ones that voted for him even with clear rigging in his favour.
15.3 million voted against Tinubu

Tinubu in the history of Nigeria is the only President-elect that have majority of Nigerians on the side of the opposition and against his ambition.

All over the country people are saying they never voted for Tinubu.
How did he emerge the winner?
PoliticsRe: Obi In A Rush To Be President, Says Atiku by shortgun(m): 5:21am On Mar 03, 2023
When you hear someone telling you to be patient just know they want to suppress your progress.

Atiku will always miscalculate politically, he lost he's chance when he connived with Tinubu to defraud Nigerians by selling Buhari to Nigerians.
I am beginning to believe the people who say Atiku can never be president!

PoliticsJonathan Warned You In 2015 by shortgun(op): 6:06pm On Mar 01, 2023
From the reactions of Nigerians from the North to the south, it's very audible to the deaf and visible to the blind that majority of the people didn't vote for Tinubu the APC presidential candidate.

Brace yourselves Nigerians cos the evil and deceit you embraced and invited to Aso Rock in the name of change and hatred for Good luck Jonathan will torment you for a very long time.

Good luck Jonathan told Nigerians in 2015 to be mindful of the kind of characters they choose to lead them cos we may never have the opportunity to remove them from office even with your votes.
You lots called him names, fought against him and brought in Buhari....a man who clearly shouldn't have any business with governance.
There will always be consequences for our actions or lack of it, you can only reap what you sowed...

What you see today has been the plan from 2015, it's sad that many Nigerians are looking but can't see a thing.

A Moslem cleric recently told his congratulation that there will never be a better Government than the previous one, they are already conditioning your mind to accept whatever they throw at you.

Enjoy your change from 2015 or go to Court

It's not about teaching igbo man lesson, although if u ask me igbos are not ready to rule, what with Biafra nonsense and insulting everybody. The fact is that Peter obi lacks capacity to rule nigeria at this time. It's not yet his time. And yes, if u go by antecedents tinubu is very qualified.
I don't really know what is giving you Tinubu supporters this kind of confidence.
Tinubu lost his backyard and slave camp to Obi of labour party, even with all his miscreants intimidating voters.😂😂😂

What does that tell you?
Tinubu can never be president

Peter Obi lacks capacity but Tinubu who's town hall is different from balablu has capacity?
The only reason you are supporting Tinubu is cos you are a tribalist, simple.

If MC oluomo and other touts in Lagos wants Igbos to stop voting in Lagos they should convince their people to pull out of the Federation.

Miscreants masquerading as indigenes of Lagos wont let people exercise their constitutional rights, we all know that Lagos once served as the capital of the federal republic of Nigeria just as FCT is today.
You won't see the gbagyis of the FCT threatening other Nigerians during elections.

As long as Lagos remains part of the Federation, Igbos will continue to vote and be voted for in Lagos just as in any other state in the federation.

Let it be clear, you never shunned Ojukwu. You voted PDP (Obasanjo) against Yoruba candidate Olu Falae. Obasanjo only bears Yoruba name, he is not a Yoruba man, and he has always being against Yoruba people in favour of other tribe. Igbo has never supported Yoruba for once and the contest then was strongly between two yoruba titans(Obasanjo and Falae), and the latter was the favourite of the Yorubas. Yoruba youths made a big mistake supporting LP in this contest. It only shows they are not vast and the reality is dawn. Now we know LP is a tribal party.
