I am fully in support of President Buhari using up all the money for pending projects, so many important but yet to complete projects are on ground, no savings for rainy days at the moment, rainy days will cater for itself.

@OP, I admire your ambition for the country, but the sad truth is that Nigeria is not ripe for this Kind of project, I remembered when China began the use of this same bullet train Sometimes in 2011, 2 high speed trains collided which resulted in 40 deaths, 192 injured, speed was said to be over 400 then Which was later reduced to 350km / hr with adequate Security,24hrs monitoring by the expats., This has been successfull so far with fully upgrade technology, dilligency and timely maintainance.
