how is schooling in Ukraine. My brother is looking for a place with low school fees where he can study and work to supplement. Can you helpp please.
As for masters, I only know UK schools do not need TOEFL in as much as u schoole din Nigeria, I really dont knw about ppl from Ukraine.

i Know some jobless men who would rather the wife left her job and came to stay with him wherever he is than move to where she is,Note we are talking about geographical location not the physical house.
