OlujobaSamuel: you deviated to pejury, i never mentioned that in my initial post. if you committed pejury, it's not an individual that will prosecute you but the state. in this case, it's between the individual buhari as a person and the plaintiff. abeg enjoy your ride, i don't even know how i got drag into una useless apc/pdp bullshit. This is not a criminal case (I mean the case instituted by Nwokocha). If it were a criminal case then he would be calling for conviction of Buhari to a minimum of 6 months. We leave that aspect for the police to take (which I doubt) just like they're doing in the Saraki/Ekweremmadu forgery case. This is an electoral case. The electoral law stipulates that a candidate who post a wrong info in his form stands disqualified. So let the merit of the case against Buhari be determined in the courts and not trying to scuttle it through technicalities. One thing you guys fail to realise is that prolonging this case will be detrimental to Buhari. As time passes, Buhari's credibility depreciates thus there will be a time when Nigerians will hate Buhari and the courts will swing in the direction of the masses and rule against Buhari. |
Politics › Re: Nwokocha-Ahaaiwe: "Buhari Never Sat For WASC" by ShowYourCertificate: 10:21pm On Jun 11, 2016 |
OlujobaSamuel: pejury is not a civil case, prosecution is done by the state and not individual. I think you might need to show your certificate also. You're very funny. So now you've shifted the goal post. It's no longer the issue of having an equivalent to WASC but the issue of whether it's a civil case or not. Very funny indeed. Why not look at the merit of the case and not technicalities? |
Politics › Re: Nwokocha-Ahaaiwe: "Buhari Never Sat For WASC" by ShowYourCertificate: 6:36pm On Jun 11, 2016 |
OlujobaSamuel: I can't believe some are even serious about his eligibility. some don't even know that primary school plus few add-ons is the minimum qualification. it's high time we started teaching our constitution in pry and sec schools. The issue is not whether Buhari had WASC or Primary School Certificate. The issue here is that he lied to INEC that he has a WASC. That's perjury and is enough to get him disqualified. I hope I've educated you? |

omenka: Just look at this comment. Yet some mad dogs with brains made of red mud and the back of their heads flattened from generational congenital misfortune would say Omenka is the one not acting mature and find fault in just about every comment I make.
Pray tell, where exactly lies the distinction between the author of this comment and the aforementioned things??
Mynd44, bear me witness, not even a comment have I made all evening yet some people who insist on pushing me to the edge so I could break rules and have myself silenced break Rule 2 in so doing. Isn't this comment for instance tantamount to a "deliberate provocation" which Rule 2 stands against??
What sort of nonsense is this?? Yimu, just face the topic. I was referring to the middle belt (which is called the NORTH central) being part of the grazing reserve. I mentiined Benue (your state) which is also a middle belt as part of the state where the grazing area will be enforced. Why don't you address the issues raised rather than ranting and crying to the mods |
Politics › Re: “We Want Grazing Reserves In The North Only” - Tambuwal by ShowYourCertificate: 5:52pm On Jun 09, 2016 |
I'm sure Omenka's State, Benue, would be included among the states where grazing reserves will be established. After all, Benue is in the North (North Central to be precise). **** |

omenka: Fiscal federalism, count me totally IN. I've always said that so there's no use preaching it to me. What I'm saying is it has to be negotiated with civility and not this barbarism being cheered on by a some people who've never seen a corpse in their lives but want to witness a war.
No government should be bamboozled into accepting the terms of anyone in a sovereign country. It seems you are out of tune with your party's priorities. Fiscal Federalism has been thrown into the dustbin by your party. It's no longer hidden, the north are against fiscal federalism. Their body language during the last national conference clearly betrayed their view on this. The APC, especially the northern extraction of it (CPC and ANPP), have turned their backs on this. Even Buhari's body language suggests same. This is the main reason why Biafra agitations, Niger Delta MIlitancy and Fulani Herdsmen invasion has been on the rise under your dullard's government. |

omenka: All options for a peaceful resolution have been explored by the government. I think Nigerians and the international community should be made to understand that after which a full scale assault is launched against these virmins so they can be extinguished once and for all. Stop deceiving yourself. A full scale war will not solve anything. The only solution is that we practice full FISCAL FEDERALISM. I thought your party supported fiscal federalism when they were in opposition, why is it difficult for you guys now that you guys are in power? |

When u realised that we Av far more senseless peeps on twitter and social media who has no real life than sensible peeps, u won't be moved an inch about what trends there. That was harsh It was this same social media that helped your guy in his presidential bid. Anyway, such is life. You get used only to be dumped. I have a question for you though. Are you aware that Buhari's ear infection is a persistent one? So when you say the nigerian doctors are on top of the situation, it bemuses me. Also are you aware that the infection makes one to lose balance and be dizzy? So I wonder how one can perform his official duties with such infection. |

That u are fit as fiddle doesn't mean u have no business in the hospital. Use ur brain.
I hereby recommend that you take up the job of Femi Adesina. You seem to be more gifted in this business that him |

989900: The CBN, EFCC, and office of the presidency are all government institutions; no one owns them, they would not be there forever, so why would anyone want to claim he has recovered monies they have not . . . who does that?
OTOH, this article already explained the last part you raised.
How can we verify the veracity of this news of loots recovered? It would have been easier to determine the veracity if the looters were mentioned. |
