I'm so tired of this ttc journey. I took serrapeptase /Chinese teas/chamomile tea for a month, went for a repeat scan, and to the Glory of God, the paratubal cyst (hemorrhagic cyst) wasn't found again. My gynea monitored me, placed me on letrozole /fsh Injection / and on cycle day 10, scan showed 18.7mm follicle, and the day of the trigger shot, was the day hubby was suppose to arrive the country. But guess what, he sent me a message that same morning on his way that he was having symptoms of covid. Burning in his lungs and testes. My heart was broken. When he landed, he did covid test immediately and he tested positive. I feel this is just the work of the devil. I even still forced him to BD despite the pains in his testes,hoping that pregnancy will happen, but it didn't. I don't know if the covid affected his sperm count, or the steroid he took for the treatment. He complained about pains on his testes for about a week. I'm so broken right now.

Not just a positive LH strip is a criteria for Ovulation to occur.
You need to also track your Cervical mucus discharge to know if it is slippery(Ovulation kind of mucus)..., Your Temperature to know if there is a spike and also Once you get a positive LH surge, you need togo to scan to check if truly there is a growing follicle and the millimeter it is and also from which side of the ovaries it is growing from then, check out for Ovulation pain from that side.


Secondary, your DH sperm count (15 million) and motility (30%) is poor.
He need to work on it...
Maybe that's the reason why pregnancy has not occur.

I have used so many drug and I have decided to stop.my period cycle length since may 2021 is now constant without me using primolute N, it comes on it own just it might be 28 this month 30next month the last one was 33. So I saw my period 1st if aug and decided to try kambest female corrective herbs.and I decide to track my ovulation with LH test strip. I got a positive aug 18th yesterday. I was so happy it’s has if I got positive PT. I don’t ovulate at all just decided to track this month. But my fear IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO GET POSITIVE TEST STRIP AND STILL NOT HAVE FULL GROWN EGG. Can I have LH surge and still not ovulate I’m confuse pls help

I doubt if fibroids outside the uterus will affect pregnancy.
I've had 2 fibroids since God knows when but they hve remained the same size all thru 2 pregnancies and didn't affect my babies in any way. They don't increase in size n neither do they affect conception or pregnancy, but then a family friend who has same has a different story. She kept bleeding cos of it but thankfully Baby came out fine.

Basically I think it depends on position and size of the fibroids. Again like I always say, work wt ur Dr to know and discuss ur options so U can make the right choice.

I took the HSG film to my gynecologist and he said the result they gave me was wrong. And tubes are patent. I wasn't convinced, I took it to another gyn and he said the same thing. My gyn suggested the trigger shot. I don't know why it is and how it works, that's why I asked. They only said they saw 3.8cm paratubal cyst.

The norm is that you register at the hospital for antenatal when you get to 3months. In the meanwhile, you can get folic acid from the pharmacy and take once daily till then.
Except you have previous case of miscarriage or bleeding, then you insist on seeing a doctor as soon as possible.

He said it’s too early for me to come.
