Shokoloko: Mods cannot modify a video. They can only modify the narration about a post and a lot of post on Nairaland are simply sensational journalism.
Men are territorial. Even if a brother or a father pimps out their daughter, even if they video her breasts, No father or Brother, or close relative BY BLOOD will tell a woman related to them to open her legs and show her vagina.
Even if he can do it to his wife, because they are not related BY BLOOD, It is impossible to do it to your sister or daughter. Nature has made men that territorial
This conclusion is based on the video alone,
I even have pictures of the man who flogged her, He is not more than 35. This aunty that was flogged is up to 25 years. Hmmmm.... your mata taya me Whatever you say |
Family › Re: Father Flogs Daughter For Posting Nude Videos On Instagram by Shuzzi(m): 11:24pm On May 04, 2021 |
Shokoloko: No father, I repeat NO FATHER will video his daughters private part.
No father, I repeat NO FATHER will ask her to open her legs in front of other men
Even if the father is incestuous and sleeping with his daughter, no father, I repeat NO FATHER will expose his daughter's vagina on Instagram
This is trafficking. This man is not her father It's obvious you didn't see the post before it was modified by the mods. You would have watched the nude video yourself |

TV/Movies › NBC Launches Digital Switch Over In Lagos (Photo) by Shuzzi(op): 6:47pm On Apr 29, 2021 |
The National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) has officially launched the Digital Switch Over (DSO) in Lagos State, to transit from analogue to digital transmission and increase television penetration. PHOTO: Twitter The National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) has officially launched the Digital Switch Over (DSO) in Lagos State, to transit from analogue to digital transmission and increase television penetration. The Director-General of the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC), Prof. Armstrong Idachaba, made the disclosure during the launch of the DSO in Lagos. “The digital switchover being activated in Lagos today means that with just a set-top box, residents of Lagos can now enjoy over 30 digital television services. “It must be stated that the digitisation of broadcasting brings a whole gamut of opportunities for Nigerians. “It is perhaps, without doubt, the fastest and safest way to leapfrog those at the lower rung up the digital divide. “With this roll-out in Lagos, a projected five million Lagos residents are instantly going to access digital television services not only for broadcasting but with converged opportunities to telecom and other ancillary services,” he said. Idachaba noted that jobs would also be created for creatives, engineers and technicians. He added that small scale business activities were going to be stimulated around proposition, sale of boxes, installations and content production. The NBC boss said that the Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) free project by the Nigerian government was one that was homegrown. According to him, the home manufactured Set Top Box is a melting and convergence point of our collective heritage. He commended the Minister of Information and Culture for his drive and leadership to switch on the DTT signal in Lagos. Also speaking, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State said that the Digital Switch Over in the state would enhance job creation and content development. The governor was represented by Mr Olusina Thorpe, Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Ministry of Information and Strategy. He said that the innovation would empower many youths, especially those in the entertainment and tourism industry. “Universally, technology is now a fundamental and critical deliverable of every innovative government. “It presents an opportunity for the citizens to have access to local, national and international space,” Sanwo-Olu said. He urged the ministerial task force on the DSO to make the Free TV box and after-sale support easily accessible. Sanwo-Olu noted that better days were certainly here as the Free TV of the DSO would afford Nigerians the opportunity to watch over 60 channels with great content at a cheaper rate and without a subscription to pay TV. “We are excited that the DSO is relevant to the Lagos Smart City Project and the Lagos Broadband Initiative,” the Lagos State governor said. https://m.guardian.ng/news/nbc-inaugurates-digital-switch-over-in-lagos/lalasticlala

Crime › Mary Daniel, Amputee Hawker Didn't Lie Or Fake Her Identity - Lagos Government by Shuzzi(op): 12:28pm On Apr 29, 2021 |
Previous thread: https://www.nairaland.com/6528846/mary-daniel-lagos-detects-liesLagos State Government has handed over Mary Daniel, the amputee sachet water hawker, to the leader of the Igala (Kogi State) community in the state, disclosing that the police were brought in during the hand-over event to protect Daniel.
The government denied the claims in some media reports that Daniel provided wrong information about the status of her parents, who before now were said to be dead. It also denied that it has withheld the fund donated to the lady as a result of the true status of her parents.
The special adviser, Office of Civic Engagement, Princess Aderemi Adebowale, while handing her over Daniel to her kinsmen disclosed that the state government will continue to protect all residents in the state, especially the vulnerable.
Recall that the amputee, whose story has attracted widespread attention, particularly in social media, has been in the safe custody of the state government in the past two weeks.
Adebowale said the government took the step to shield Daniel from possible fraudsters who may target the funds donated to her by well-meaning Nigerians.
According to the Special Adviser, the ultimate desire of the state government is to ensure that Daniel becomes a civically responsible citizen in the state, adding that “she now has the resources to take care of herself and her baby and have a new lease of life”.
Daniel was handed over to a committee comprising of the representatives of the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Youth and Social Development, a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) and the leader of Igala community in Lagos State, Mr Sanni Yakubu Ejima in the presence of the Divisional Police Officer, Alausa and representative of the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command.
Adebowale, while handing over Daniel to the leader of the Igalas in the state, explained that the police were brought in to the handing over to demonstrate that the state had taken good care of Daniel while in its custody and to ensure her safety thereafter.
Adebowale added that the committee is to oversee Daniel’s rehabilitation and ensure that the donated funds are judiciously utilized in the improvement of her standard of living and that of her baby. https://m.guardian.ng/breakingnews/lagos-debunks-claims-amputee-sachet-water-hawker-provided-false-information/

Crime › Two Suspected Drug Traffickers Nabbed With N264 Million Cocaine In Abuja (Photo) by Shuzzi(op): 7:36am On Apr 29, 2021 |
A trans-border trafficker, Emeka Okoro and another drug dealer, Ibrahim Bello, have been arrested in Abuja by operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), with cocaine weighing 1.1kilogramme, with a street value of N264 million.
While Okoro was intercepted with 900g of cocaine in a commercial bus on the Abuja-Gwagwalada Road on Monday, April 26, 2021, based on intelligence, Bello was nabbed with 200g of the illicit drug in Zuba area of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), same day through a controlled delivery operation.
According to the Commander, FCT Command of the agency, Mohammed Malami Sokoto, Okoro was an intending traveller to Libya through Kano and Agadez in Niger Republic, with wraps of cocaine weighing 900g, while the other seizure of 200g was equally made following intelligence on the 26th April, 2021.
“The wraps of cocaine were not to be swallowed as has always been the case, but to be concealed in Jerry cans of palm oil and transported through the border in Kano to Agadez and Libya. The suspect, Emeka Okoro, revealed that this has been the trend in the past months,” the FCT commander of NDLEA disclosed.
Meanwhile, the Kogi State command of the agency has seized 157.5kilogrammes of skunkweed concealed in false panels in a Peugeot J5 bus with registration number Lagos AGL 641 XW, while a 43-year-old suspect, Christian Godwin, was arrested.
According to the Commander, Kogi State Command of the agency, Adewunmi Alfred, the suspect and his consignment were intercepted at a patrol point in Lokoja, the state capital. “The skunkweed was sourced from Ikire in Osun State and heading to Masaka in Nasarawa State before our men arrested the suspect, seized the illicit drug and the vehicle used to convey it on Monday, 26th April, 2021,” Alfred added. In his reaction, Chairman/Chief Executive of NDLEA, Mohamed Buba Marwa, commended officers and men of the FCT and Kogi State commands of the agency for their vigilance and commitment to the task of ridding the country of illicit drugs.
“These seizures and arrests in FCT and Kogi point to the fact that we’ll continue to disrupt and dismantle the drug supply networks of these unconscionable elements and deny them the benefit of their illegal trade,” Marwa added. https://m.guardian.ng/news/agency-nabs-two-suspected-drug-traffickers-with-n264m-cocaine-in-abuja/
