israel007: thank you very much. the person used to work with the government of canada but moved back to nigeria. his wife and kids are still there and he visits every 2-3 months. he said both of us could travel and come back together after 2 weeks.
on the account, there isn't much in the account but it has done excellent activities with good cash flow. what do you think

...so far u have good balance of at least $2m..... good job letter with nice salary....and ur friend in Canada has good bank balance, job and can write a letter saying he will take care of ur living expenses while in Canada...u should be fine....ensure u pick a letter from ur Naija employer saying u are going for you 2weeks vacation and ur job is waiting on ur return....also, present ur investment papers if u have any and property papers....

@mozo.....february is when all new applications at most schools will be processed....schools would have settled in January...Feb is the best time....

israel007: I lost my previous passport and just got a new one this December. I'm considering applying. For visit visa to go to canada for 2 weeks but considering that there are no visas on this passport, would I have a problem getting one on there although I've travelled before on the lost passport but have no photocopy of my visas. The only visa I have is that of brunei in 2010.
I work with an oil company, good enough activity goes on in my account but presently the balance is low.

....My bro...no be agent dey guarantee visa ooo....Na God, good document preparation and cooler head for CDHC.....sure, agents might have gained reputation and trust from CDHC meaning, they trust they would have valid docs....but still CDHC still check them out....again...those agents have meetings at times with CDHC and they are advised on how to present applications and make it simple for CDHC to check and work on....but if u make use of this forum and dont overdo things...u should be fine.....
