we see them on our streets, by the roadside or in their own world in a corner. Those are the extremes. The others are our friends, neighbours, relatives etc. but they still reside inside a building and have people taking care of them. The rest are not that obvious and go about their daily activities just like the rest of us.
So what is your definition of mental illness and what do you think of people with them? How do u think they can be managed?

Its only the quacks that are allowed to prescribe based on 'someone with a similar complaint'. It is unethical. Treatment is individualized and based on history, physical examination and investigations. All we have here is the history, the best a doctor can do( and am quite impressed by that here i must say) is to tell u to go see a doctor.
Allow the quacks to run their mouth, i.e ACM10 and co.

Visit a gynaecologist. You will find them mostly in tertiatry hospital(some private hospital, fmc, and teaching hospital). No mbbs doctor will be able to perform this kind of conditiion.
