Bright2: All those i know that has recieved didn't make it & they said the performance is not by the score then i wonder of did their perfomance based on.

Based on what I was told by an individual who once wrote and passed their test, the total score is not the real performance; one must have a pass mark in each of the sections candidates were tested on.Take for instance, lets assume that Verbal,numerical,mechanical,data checking and spatial ability carry 50 marks each,it is expected that you have a minimum of the predetermined cut-off mark,say30,for each of the sections.So, a candidate that scores 150/250,having 30 points in each section will be seen to have passed.However,a candidate that scores 170/250,scoring below 30 in one/any of the sections but scores exceedingly high in other sections,will be seen as being unsuccessful despite the overall high score he has.In a nut shell the concept is that of "fail in one,fail in all."

I have not received any mail.I was informed that the mails being sent now are meant for those that were not successful in the aptitude test.Fingers crossed.

No, I did not;as there was no need for me to do that.I was able to register,submit and print out the application slip with all the necessary info shown.What do you think I can do?

Yaungdee: Plz if u knw deres error on ur printout..whether ur name, course, state of origin, and the likes kindly go to school before the commencement of the exams to make corrections...kindly go to main campus where u will be taking ur exam, at ICT centre to make d correction...gudluck!

Hi Chairman,my sister could not log in with her utme number to know the date she is scheduled for the exam.The site always displays invalid entry each time she tries logging in.Why can'toou diplay the exam dates for different faculties as is obtained in other schools!

I am still keen on knowing whether the mails were sent to everybody that sat for the test irrespective of test locations.

@honeyhoorpe and rouquryah, I will be glad to have your contacts so that we could discuss in order to know the authenticity of this information.My Kid sister told me similar thing but I was kinda skeptical about it.The reason being that there is nothing like that on their website,the notice was too short,one of the scheduled days is Sunday,ASUU is still on strike and there is no arranged schedule for the different faculties.I don't want my sister to go and fall into the hands of the scammers.Your responses will be most appreciated.

@Cyraxjay, a friend told me he has an uncle that works with TCN and he(my friend) was told that an entry level graduate receives a basic salary of about 120K. Now, on the issue of the received message,did you contact any of the candidates from your zone to know whether it was a general thing since you said you guys never filled a form prior the aptitide test invitation like as obtained from other zones?

@Cyraxjayq,congrats.Was the message from TCN or the recruiter in charge of your zone?Again,prior the invitation for.aptitude test, were candidates from your zone asked to fill a form?
