Good morning family, I am really heartbroken now, My wife died at MEADVILLE GLOBAL HEALTH CENTER (HOSPITAL) N0 1 Bashiru Street, off Lateef Adegboyega Street, Ago Palace Way Okota.

We just got married 10 months ago, she took in, she was undergoing Antenatal in onitsha Anambra State for about 5 months, and later came down to Lagos to stay with my elder sister so she can be looking after her since I am not in town.

My sister's friend a nurse, asked them to come and register in a hospital where she is working, probably for a referral bonus from the hospital.

She was undergoing Antenatal in the hospital till on Sunday 28th March 2022, she did all scan and test requires of her and everything was perfect.

On Sunday noon 28th March she chatted me up that water dropped off her leg so she called the hospital to inform them, they asked her to come over to the hospital, on getting there, they induce her to speed up Labour.

After hours of trying to push no way, over 10 hours my wife already got so weak and tired, my sister called me around 11pm that they want to carry out CS on her, I was like something they supposed to have done since instead of suffering her.

Around 2am they call me on phone that she needs blood, mind you I was in Enugu while all these was happening.

The hospital don't have any blood bank no ambulance, I started looking for an uber to take my sister to General Hospital Isolo to go get blood at that mid night.

I succeeded in getting the blood about 5pts

Around 3am they called me that they want to cut off her womb that she is bleeding, I was shocked because this is her first child she is 28yrs old, I asked them is that only way of her surviving they said is 50-50 just to see if the bleeding will stop.

They ended the call and later call back I should buy more blood instead let them try something, around 3:30am my sister went to get more blood.

Around 6am Monday morning 29th March I called that I want to speak with her, they said I should wait for 20 mins that they dressing her up to move her to ward.

I kept calling, I called my elder sister she told me she don't understand what they are doing, that they doctor they hired to carry out the CS has left but the hospital is calling him back to come that there is complications, he came back and open my wife back for the second time, my wife was already tired due to the pains she was passing through, they started operating her again to correct the errors.

Unfortunately she couldn't make it back, she died, they removed the baby boy though but the baby didn't cry due to prolonged Labour, he drank lots of water and blood.


I rushed down to Enugu Airport and board a flight down to Lagos, getting to the hospital I found my wife lifeless body in one old looking operation room.

I was so heartbroken, they gave me exorbitant bill to pay before I could carry her dead body, over 500k.

Right now I took my son to another hospital, he is under ICU now, we are doing different kinds of scans, test, Xray and co, he is using oxygen at moment.

The bills is excess, I am just hoping he can survive.

I need justice for my wife �

Please pardon all my bad write ups, I am totally down in the hospital as I type this.

@mod please help me push to the front page, help me tag the necessary authorities to go to that hospital.


Because from the story I am hearing they ar fond such actions.

Help! I am about to finish my 300L stage in one of Nigeria state polytechnics but I am losing many opportunities due to my inability to speak fluently in English language. Although, I am good in typing/writing and I can compose my self in good English in my brain but it is very difficult whenever I open my mouth.
Any suggestion for improvement are welcome.

My first wife got pregnant for me when she was in the university and i had just newly secured a job with a high paying firm. She was the daughter of a big businessman at the time and we were from a conservative society, so we had to sharply perform the marriage rites and settle her family handsomely because they accused me of impregnating their daughter before marriage and sought compensations.
Fast-forward to our marriage life, she started making life hell for me after the birth of our first son.
Hadiza was a real trouble maker and I was beginning to think I made a mistake marrying her, she would nag all day when she was pregnant and won't cook meals at home or do domestic chores. In fact I spent most of the nights on empty stomach, my consolation being that she would put to bed one day. She would only have sex when she felt like doing it and it must have been after a good treat.

Things got worse after she put to bed. She complains that she spends the whole day caring for our young son that she can barely think about anything else.
She prefers to watch TV all day and spend her whole time on social media instead of cooking, doing dishes, , domestic chores or getting a job. She once asked me to prepare breakfast in bed for her on a Monday morning when I was supposed to get to work early for an appointment. I returned home that day hungry but she had refused to prepare food because I didn't make her breakfast in bed. She was so engrossed in telemundo fantasies that she thought she could dictate what direction our marriage swings.
I got tired and decided to teach her a lesson
On this fateful night, she snored irritatingly like a pig in my room and accused me of snoring like a pig, stressing that I need urgent medical check up . I told her she would know who was snoring like a pig, and who needs medical checkup after i'm done with her.I left my room and went to sleep in the guest room.
The following day i left home for work without taking breakfast afterwhich i went to see my lawyer. I issued a court summon to my wife through a court clerk.
I was told, She couldn't believe her eyes after she read through and discovered that i was seeking a divorce
She Refused to sign the papers and told the court clerk that i should kom and tell her with my mouth, stressing that she didn't marry me through a letter. She said i should kom and give her the papers myself if I was man enough.
The court clerk said he tried cajoling her into signing the papers peacefully but she screamed "He is my husband, I can't divorce him" and ran away with hot tears rolling down her cheek.
You know what happened next, i went straight to area command where my good friend works and left for home with 5 armed policemen.
In quick strides we searched for her and found her in her bedroom upstairs. She sat in the bed looking morose and jumped up fearfully when she saw us.
I pointed to her and told the men to escort her out of my house. Before she could say pim, one of the policeman a corporal, clamped handcuffs on her hand and told her to be cooperative as to follow them to the station. She protested very loudly and struggled to free herself, but it was too late, my mind was already made up. She ended up in tears making strong appeals to me but I kept a stony face. The policemen dragged my wife into the waiting van.

One of them came to me and asked to take her things along with her. I was shocked, because I bought everything in the house with my money. The sergeant kept his mouth shut when he saw the look on my face.
I gave him an address and asked him to drop my former wife in that address where her father lives.
Then I locked up the bungalow I bought for my 1st wife and joined my second wife in the estate.

TBH, it’s very possible to own an expensive car and be church-rat broke.

Maybe the person took out a loan to buy the car or was lucky to get the car at a give-away price from a desperate seller.

I know someone who got a large amount of money from politics around 2019 and among other things went and bought one benz suv (jeep).
His Oga lost the elections and some months later, Baba sold a nearly N10m benz jeep for less than N2m. It was so bad that he didn’t collect the money directly but gave the buyer his childrens’ school account number to pay their fees to prevent his kids from being thrown out of school.

Another person I know owns a Range Rover Sport but always runs from friend to friend to relative taxing everyone for fuel money. De guy no dey ever get up to 20k for him account but the babes that chase him all think he’s rich.

Having an expensive car is not a measure of wealth.

I ended the relationship with My ex due to her bad characters. And then I later got married.
While we were dating I wanted to get my ex a place for her to stay due to d fact Dat she doesn't have anywhere to go when she graduates.
Both of her parents are divorced and remarried with kids. She can't go back to her father's house because he harrases her sexually and his wife his not welcoming. She can't go to her mother's house cus her stepfather won't agree. During d time we were dating she was staying with me for this reason but as soon as she got into school her character changed so I ended it all.
Now think of her predicament I'm thinking of getting her d house I promised so as for her not to go back to her dad's house. I have the money to do it that's not a problem.

I'm still having second thoughts though. Abi Make I just use my money package myself

Good day, fellas. Why do some graduates find it difficult to speak good English? I mean, even to construct a simple sentence. Funny enough, most of these guys brag about their educational Degree and most of them tend to be very arrogant. The funny part of it is that, they are even confident and proud with the blunders they make while speaking. Has anyone met such graduate?
