This is what often gets lost in all of the discussion here... the US taxpayer is also trying to work towards a better future for his kids and him/herself. They should not be forced to bear the burdens of people taking undue advantage of a system they have not contributed to. The "discounts" you get come from the medicare/medicaid taxes we all have to pay at source every month and for which we are not entitled to.

Pls don't misquote me, I'm certain u read where I said I have learnt not to include my earnings anywhere again. No 1 is saying we should go and use tax payers money. I was only trying to calm down there arguments. Bsyds u don't expect me to lie do you. I made sure I told them that I Dnt want anytyn that would flag my visa. And I still stand on my grounds that we al are trying to make a better future for our kids n selves.

Pls you guys should zip it. We are all adults here. No one knows it all. We should learn to overlook somethings if we can't correct each other calmly. I also filled a form during doctors visit, I was asked my salary, I said I'm not working and I'm on self pay. I was made to pay 30 dollars then, but all my recipt has self pay on it. I told them I was sponsored by my husband and I don't work. Now I've learnt never to input any salary anywhere. Though I Dnt know if it applies everywher cos I gave birth in new York. Let's do everything with love. We are all trying to work towards a better future for our kids n ourselves. #signout

I was posted to Lagos but due to am pregnant I did not stay in camp,am through with my registration and have summited my file buh d platoon inspector said d kits is nt ready,I don't knw how to get d information if is ready.pls corpers dat re in camp pls update those re nt in camp.......platoon 3.thanx

I went today and they brought new set of kits today. It was distributed around 2pm and the assistant platoon inspector told us that we can start bringing letters if we av a PPA we would want them to post us too. #platoon 10

Not all naija hospital does that, I gave birth to my first at Lagoon Hospital and I ate after 8 hours and I'm sure I would have eaten earlier if not for the fact that I slept off after the procedure

I filled the form at the hospital though but I don't know how to go about it or check if its ready. I just don't want to waste time in processing the documents. Please how did you get yours.

Try 8 zeros. The SSN is more than 4 digit no.

U probably stayed in a city where one or both passports is processed. I'm in NJ and dey don't have office in NJ for same day processing of any of d 2 passports , neither do dey do expedited. D fastest processing time I know for US passport (from Funtolash) was 10 days. Plus d stress of New York waka from my location. Plus sometimes naija story com enter join. Machine faulty. Queue long. Mnwhile, travel date be approaching like kilode. Me,personally I no fit. I need time to bond wit my newbie. No stress. No pressure. I'll jump at d easiest and fastest offer rite now. Not to mention cheaper. Calculate d transport fees, plus inconvenience. Train. Uber. Lyft. Chai. Just thinking abt it now gives me chills ...

Ok I'm just seeing u did visa in Atl and u stayed in Texas. Dats fair enuf. Almost same but u got d US passport same day. Not applicable to me. Plus TX weather much friendlier than NJ-NY weather! THANKS

Well I stayed in Queens then took a cab to manhattan for both naija passport n us passport. I got us passport second day n 9ja same day I was really eager to go home then . A lady I met came from new Jersey, she really tried cos it was along the line she found out her own naija passport has expired n she was short of cash, her dh had to send moneygram to her b4 she could process her own ETD, it was so bad that she said her host (Dh friend) couldn't lend her $5 to go pick up the moneytransfer. Mehn this journey isn't easy, may God help us all. .

Mehn it depends on you. You know how sound academically u are. I had my first a month to my 3rd year first semester exams and had to resume school 2weeks after delivery by c-section, though I was home for like 32weeks cos of strike but I still did well but not as before while I got pregy again during final year first semester exams n gave birth few month after grad. Thank God I was able 2 grad with the remaining 20 out of 64. In all its not goin to be a smooth ride but you can alwayz pull through.

My lo3 socked her hand too and I tried all the available method but it was all wash.... At a point, I did the unthinkable by using razor to make a little slash on that her finger(don't try it if you don't have the mind). She stopped it that very moment cause it pained her any time she puts her fingers on the mouth. That was how she stopped entirely.
As for the oil and honey method, use a teaspoon to give him, it would clear gradually
