My dh's niece who is 15 is with us since 3yrs now though in will be in J3 sept so I have known her well,while preggy she does everything as I had less strenght but something caught my attention "she keeps blushing every now and then" lol being a sharp mama(I pass that route too) I found out whom her crush is hmmmmm meanwhile we have been talking about sex and relationship,so ystday we sat and asked her about it she admitted the boy(17 or 18) asked her to be his friend,they have been crushing since march officially even bought her a neckpiece,now my reaction I didn't shout at her rather we discussed what has happenes btwn them so far which she says mere talking I told her fine let it continue that way no touching of privates,kissing,staying lonely with him and above all NO SEX as it is a SIN before God and she can contact veneral disease,nI intend talking to the boy too now do I keep this away from dh cos he will scream down heaven and cause her to continue secretly whoch i dont want or keep it to myself

U even try, my sis won't even open up to me. I've tried all methods but they see me as the evil gueen in snow white. I've stylishly told her ow dangerous sex before marriage can be but she said why did 2 of our aunt get pregy before marriage. I told her that it's cos they were above 30yrz before they got married n this girl claimed "so it's no sin to av sex after 30yrz" I just formed deaf.

You can tell ur dh but he shouldn't ask her about it.

Please I have a few questions

1. Please does any one have any idea of how much estimate one needs to shop for maternity clothes?

2. I'm 14wks today and dh's hmo has still not included my name in the list for the past 4 months. We are suspecting that they want to avoid paying for Antenatal until it's too late as they keep deenying any wrong doing. So dh suggested I register for ANC in another hospital for now till we sort out this issue with his HMO. Please my abuja mothers, which hospital can I go to register that is fair priced? I had chosen limi hospital in the hmo list because of the proximity to my house in the case of an emergency but their ANC alone is 100k which is really high but I guess it's that way cos they are private hospital.

Please any advice or suggestion would be highly appreciated as the situation is getting me sad and depressed
Pls any suggestion for any hospital in abuja. I live in Apo resettlement

I dnt know they type of package your dh hmo is but mine took less time. Dh took our wedding cert to work n submitted it with two passport photographs. Then I was already like 3weeks pregy. So I took his hmo card with me to the hospital to see a doc after which I was attached to his name. It was 2yrs after that I got my hmo id card frm his office but ds got his within 2weeks of giving birth to him. So the office might av processed it with hygei. Why not try taking his own card instead to the hospital involved.

Maybe u shud call billing or ask to see someone in charge. U need to stand ur ground. Extra 1k no be beans ooo.

God bless ur hustle and families. 2nd missionary journey is over, e no easy but God made it super smooth. I arrived lasgidi 2wks ago but Qatar did me badt mehn; my checked-in bags didn't arrived till 4days after I landed. I raised fire n was almost raising brimstone when they asked me to come to their ofc to get compensated. When I n DH got to their ofc they gave me 3 forms to fill incase I lost my bags entirely, thankfully my bags arrived the next day.

My doc gave m lonart @21weeks. So i think its safe

Abeg sabi mama's I get one small wahala, sometimes ehn if I lie down or sit down, when I wanana get up, I get this sharp pain that lingers for abt 2 seconds around my waist. It happens rarely though but I wanna know if it's something to worry about.

Second trimester starts by 13th week and for the sharp pain, why not try rising up from your sides instead of ur front. Pregy women are not advised to get up from their front.

I went there to register. Appt is 18th of nxtmonth. But i made sure I got correspondence from them too.

It depends on the hospital, did my CS around 11:45am and I ate that night. I even ate 7am b4 I did the CS. But my younger sis was staved 4 3days b4 she was made to eat. Also I started having my bath the fourth day but wit no scrubbing on the incision site. The doc said I should wipe the surface with cotton wool and spirit just twice but not with same cottonwool. Just make sure the surface is clean in other to avoid infection.

Sometimes they give accommodation, sometimes they give meal vouchers. But you're not allowed to leave the airport unlike Emirates that lets you go out to an hotel outside of town. Even the Emirates layover is a killer. Never again

Av checked the itinery, the layovr is 2:30mmins. So its better.

He won't forget your face especially with all the new channels of communication..Let me tell you a funny story that solidified my prayer point concerning sending me a helper for my kids. So on my last missionary journey, I made a couple of friends(preggy mums) who came with kids,one for vaginal delivery and one for planned CS. That's how we were gisting outside ooo and water just break for our front(CS mom)Thats how i carried 37week belle ooo and took care of the 2year old while she rushed to hospital.. The following morning,the one for vaginal delivery woke up and was contracting seriously,straight to hospital and dropped 16month old with me. My people wetin man go do.. I was not even concerned about the fact that i was taking care of the kids but the fact that these two deliveries were impromptu and one of the mums was not even expecting anyone to join them while the other was expecting a spouse the day before the supposed planned CS.. So mums who do this,God bless una ooo and give you the grace.. At the same time,think of it very well.We are all sentimentally attached to our kids but if you find genuine trusted help back in naija,by all means let them stay behind and if you have someone joining you,consider all the what ifs so they can join you soonest. 10-12 weeks of absence does not wash away maternal bond.. Your health is also important. Daddies God bless una for all the support but also remember that this birthing waka wey we dey go no be vacation oooo so if there is trusted help,don't just ask her wifey to just carry pikin and go because you think "afterall its vacation". Vacation is when we carry flat tummy and wear any choice of cloth round the world,eat and drink what we like,sleep well, go for shopping and still give you attention .

Ehya. I've not flown them before too, so I don't know much about their services. I've flown Qatar, they're very good, but the layover times is what kills me.

The lay over is 8hrz. Read somwher that they do provide accomodatn. Wil knw by the end of the day. Oga is not smiling at all.
